Booked for 1 night on agoda. When we arrive, the owner told me, it is not enough expensive on agoda and doesn’t want to give me the room. I had to cancel it by myself!!! Absolutly not professional !

I think this homestay is the cheapest and value of money. The room was quite spacious, it's clean and the bed also comfy. Too bad no hot water and maybe the air conditioning not cool enough for me. But it's still nice place to stay. There is also mini market and restaurant in front of this homestay so no worries about you need.

In 2 years of full time travelling this was the worst experience! I read on the reviews that a lot of people booked on agoda and when they arrived the owner didn‘t accept their booking because the price online was too cheap. This is why I decided to book directly with the owner. I did this around 3 weeks before arriving with my family and asked again for confirmation 1 week before to be 100% sure he blocked two rooms for us. Less than 2 days before the day we booked the owner told me „sorry full rooms because of some contractions work“. I tried to explain him that we really needed the rooms as our trip had already started and was planned and I also could not understand why he would confirm 3 weeks before and again 1 week before and than tell me something like this 2 days ago. Than he texted me he had a solution for us and sent us to another guesthouse. The solution was a NIGHTMARE. It was not even similar to what we booked. I was sooo disappointed that we left the guesthouse he organizes for us immadiately. So I would like to thank you for NOTHING. People like you shouldn‘t run an hotel. No organisation, just unfair service.

Comfortable Homestay with many trees and plenty of parking space. Good price and proper room.

If you want a good price, book online otherwise you pay extra! Beds are super soft and confi thou.

Great place for 250k a night including breakfast. Close walk to shop and beach. Ample parking, good bed, cold air-conditioning, coffee in room, clean and quiet for sleeping. People here have pride in their place. Totally recommend.

The owner cancelled our booking with no good reason and not a proper solution. Please go to a different guesthouse. And dont book on agoda. He will ask you to pay again.

Amazing place to stay, great location and views of nature, closer to the beach and beautiful sunrise in east Lombok. you may need to hire a scooter to travel around and find the societies wit local Wisdom ❤️ . The place is very accommodating. I would rather stay here than an expensive resort any day. It is a little out dating but the rooms are the size as an apartment is amazing so that makes up for it!!! It more satisfying than my expectations 🤩.
