Nice little @yangming Musuem about containers shipment. Staff was very friendly and we liked the experience!

This is a nice museum in the centre of Keelung city, right next to the port plaza and opposite side of the street from the train and bus stations. Getting here is very easy! The exhibitions are quite interesting. There is also a really great Italian restaurant on the ground floor. Their risottos are just amazing!

Educational and historical spot. Great spot for kids to know more about marine business.

Perfect! The staff here are super friendly people. They really made me feel welcome and comfortable. On both floors with exhibits, I was given a guided tour in English - very well done 👏. A former ship's master presented the information on the second floor, and it was my great honor to meet and talk to him. Mr Jack on the third floor is very enthusiastic about everything, and he made me smile the whole time I was with him. On the fourth floor with the gift shop 🎁 , I was offered tea 🍵 and a snack by a very kind lady. Besides learning very interesting information about container shipping 🚢 , I am so happy I met the good people that work here. Thank you for a very special experience.

This was a cool dry place on a rainy hot day in Keelung, it also has several levels and art on display. We eventually ended up on the third or fourth floor, and noticed it was a somewhat popular place for people to bring their lunch to eat during their break.

Part of the museum is about seaweed and it's food value, and part is about the shipping industry. It's nice but small and limited. Allow an hour to see everything.

Very small, but provides a overview and display about Yang Ming Shipping company and an overview of the merchant Marine. A minimal full bridge simulator. I didn't see any information in English. Free for 65 years old. 150 NTD and 100 NTD for foreign tourist. Tea and a cookie included.

Worth visiting! Locating near the Keelung RTA station and only with 150NTD price ticket, You can visit the museum on 2nd and 3rd floor and have free welcome snack on 4th floor with a nice view on observatory deck. Don't forget to bring a notebook for various unique stamps inside the exhibition. This price also includes 50NTD discount for restaurant on ground level.
