One of the less crowded Starbucks, but also it’s inside Target. Service was fast The staff is amazing :)

The young lady who was working there in the early afternoon on March 29, 2022 was very terrible in her customer service. I had stood there in line looking at the menu while the other two were already helped. She then proceeded to help another woman whom worked at target and help her. It was that employee at target that acknowledged me! Asking if she had cut in front of me. I told her she did. It was then that cashier told me the line was where the cash register was! Well IF THERE WAS A BIG OLD SIGN I WOULD HAVE SEEN IT, BUT THERE WASNT! And I didn’t think I needed to stand at the cash register if she had saw me and being I was the only person at the time not being helped! She then ALL OF A SUDDEN remembered her customer service while many now lined up to the register! Asked me my name, gave it to her “Linda”. ‘Lay G’ ??? was written on the cup? “Have a good day!” I was almost embarrassed. WOW! How funny! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Terrible.. at its best. Wow.

I ordered 4 coffee in the drive through service. Guess what, after driving to my friends place I sip of my coffee and I realize it is just a cup of hot water . Won't they even check? Why would i drive to get hot water. Later , I drive all the way back and in tell them you gave me hot water. They Don't think it's a big. No apology and no refund and no remorse. Bluntly gave another coffee and "there you go" Why Should I drive back to get what I should have got in the first place ?

Got a cup of plain coffee. It was good enough for Starbucks but I don't drink coffee shop coffee. I have a great late maker at and it makes great coffee for pennies.

Amazing drink is the strawberry lemonade acai.

Love me some starbies. Never had a bad experience.

Apperently this Starbucks isn’t able to scan the Starbucks app for rewards??? I didn’t know that until I asked the cashier to scan my app and she said no we can’t at this location…. If I would have known that I would have never gone there. Besides the drink I got was not up to the star bucks standards… so disappointed this was the first time going to this location and I will not be back.

I've been coming to this Starbucks for quite sometime to have my whole bean French Roast ground for me. I have yet to see anything short of Great customer service. Everyone I have dealt with in this store has great customer service skills and they all seem to have a very upbeat and positive attitude. Kudos to you all at this store. You all are a great asset to Starbucks.

I thought this one opened at 5:30am. I waited to place my order and then pulled forward. The girl at the window who is never friendly said they weren't open as she opened up her drive through window and said I had to go through the line again unbelievable. I usually go to the Starbucks on River Rd, but they aren't open yet. The very unfriendly girl could have taken my order at the window.

Good coffee, good service. Space is a little cramped and WiFi is weak and unreliable.
