I have been going to Nicole for massages since my husband gifted me a triple massage for Christmas a few years back. I had been suffering severely from post partum depression and anxiety and will say after my first massage from her I literally cried from how relieved I felt. She will listen to your needs and help any stress melt away. I love to feel like I was hit by a mac truck the day after a massage as I have very tense upper back/neck and she makes it happen without causing pain during the actual massage. I specified that’s what I wanted lol and she communicates to make sure I’m comfortable during the massage yet isn’t invasive at all. She has a way of finding and working out knots that is like sorcery. They Will use essential oils if requested which I especially love. Extremely relaxing. Do yourself a favor and book a massage with her asap! You won’t regret it.

I had my first facial ever done by Megan. It was amazing! She was professional, asked about my skin goals and gave me exactly what I was looking for. She communicated everything as she was doing it. I left out feeling like a 20 year old again! The atmosphere was calming and welcoming upon first walking into the spa, it is beautiful. The treatment room was exceptionally clean and had the most comfortable bed for a facial! I was so relaxed and really enjoyed my facial with Megan. My overall experience from start to finish was fantastic. I highly recommend Namaste Spa for all of your facial or massage needs!

The atmosphere alone will have you coming back! It’s so calming and relaxing, they all speak quietly while ambient music plays in the back round. My husband has a monthly massage booked with Nicole, she is phenomenal! His jaw and neck pain have never been better. She is so quiet during the massage, it’s makes it easy to relax. I also get my Brazilian waxing done by Megan, she’s amazing! The pain isn’t bad at all and she is super easy to talk too, not the least bit awkward. They also have local handmade products and plants in their shop from small businesses I would highly recommend this spa, it’ll become your regular spot!

Megan was amazing, she took the time to study my skin. She has a gental and soothing way about her that makes you 100% relaxed. Already have my next appointment booked.

I was in a significant amount of pain and couldn't move my neck. Namaste worked me in on a weekend. I had a great massage by Rune and I am now able to move my neck and my pain has decreased. I am looking forward to my next experience with Namaste.

Rune is masterful at his craft! I have been plagued with shoulder injuries that never healed properly. Rune has been able to work through all of that and has helped to restore motion and function, where I had very little. I am incredibly grateful...not only for the relief, but also for the increased range of motion in my body. I'm a monthly client now!!

Ive been to Namaste Massage & Spa on two separate occasions and had a great experience both times! I received a lash lift/tint and a teeth whitening from Megan.
