    Well maintained and up to date. Stays busy in the evening but we'll staffed. Friendly environment music on in background. Staff work quickly which does lead to a few more mistakes that they are happy to correct when brought to their attention.

    i haven't been to taco bell in a long time. we used to go every so often but it just seems like its gotten worse. Del Taco has super fresh food and they really pack in the ingredients. even on a small taco they make sure its a good taco. i find it hard to get taco bell to even put a pinch of cheese on a taco. they don't have very good deals and its just not worth it at all. if i had to rate this location i would say its OK. its usually fairly clean and the service is alright. its just taco bell in general.

    I used to think this location was the better of the Salem/Keizer locations. Not anymore. Just in my 1 order today (4/25/20).... 1. No ice in pop so it's room temp 2. Had like 3 pieces if chicken in my chicken quesadilla 3. No cheese in crunchy taco 4. BARELY any cheese in my dog's cheese roll up (see pic) 5. No baja sauce on cheesy gordita crunch (see pic) Not driving back to sit in the drive-thru to be given probably free cinnamon twists (probably with no cinnamon). Only reason it's 2 stars and not 1 is because the guy at the window was professional. The cook line needs to step it up

    Double check your food! They are ALWAYS getting our food wrong or missing ingredientes such as no egg on a breakfast burrito😅 makes it even worse when they don't even mention it to you after ordering it. This taco bell in keizer is really slacking off. Please Taco Bell we need better management

    Don’t go through the drive through after the lobby closes. They will ALWAYS mess up your order. I spent $40 on vegetarian items and they messed everything up aside from 1 taco. Meat on all of it and half the items weren’t even the right items. The only thing this location can do reliably is mess up your order.

    My brother bit into his burrito and almost puked when a plastic-y, chemical taste filled his mouth. He spit it out and was viscerally disgusted; we looked and found this black, crusty chunk of god knows what in with his cheese. Smelled like absolute death or straight up chemicals. I almost gagged just smelling it but my brother said it coated his mouth and he couldn't get the taste out. Threw away the rest of my my order. Went back w/ photo evidence but manager can only offer me more of their gross food and can't refund me. Will never be returning. It was literally only a $30 order yet even with the food they can't refund me despite this massive health violation.

    I don't know the young ladies name, but I know she's a white girl and she's skinny, and very disrespectful. She pronounced my name completely wrong, leading myself and others to believe she was calling another customer's name... When I approached her to confirm the drinks, she was very rude to me. All I did was correct my name and she gave me an attitude? I wasn't even upset my order was wrong people are human, but she slammed my drinks and gave me a mean look when I mentioned they forgot a cup to an order I made. Her attitude was nasty I've never been so disrespected. They had a very busy night and I was very understanding... Clearly she didn't have a break and she was overwhelmed to the point where she was snapping at me.... Just to confirm, Another by stander who ordered, ever whispered to me how rude she was to mispronounce my name and not even apologize but instead gave me an attitude for correcting my own name. I've been in customer service longer than she's been ALIVE and she doesn't need to work there. She was even mocking me to the other employees with my daughter and her friend present to witness everything. If nothing is done about this, I will take this up a notch to higher corporate. The other gentleman cooking the food, were very polite and kind.

    I have been going to this Taco Bell for about 5 months and always have and continue to get quality service. About 2 months ago I asked the young man for the $5 cravings box but they did not have it. I was going to order something else but then he informed me that if I was going for value there was a different $5 which was what I was looking for. He did not have to have told me that and I appreciated that he realized what I was looking for. Today I was greeted by what I believe was a Supervisor that was getting off her shift, she told me and an older gentleman to order of the Kiosk despite the fact that the older gentleman seemed anxious about doing so. I ended up having to help him, so that was not a pleasant experience. After the Supervisor or whomever that person, left. I had a more pleasant experience. I was sitting eating my dinner when a young man going around cleaning stopped by my table and asked if I needed anything. I noticed he went around and asked everyone if they were ok and if they needed anything. This young man went above and beyond his duties I appreciated how serious he took his job. Don't see that very much. By the way his name is Eddie, and like I told Eddie, your doing a "Great Job." Place is always clean and quiet. Food quality was good for the value.

    Horribly slow service and employees with no customer service skills. No smiles, no thank you, to anyone in front of me or to me. I went into the lobby as service is usually a little faster but 26 minutes for two regular tacos and one burrito supreme to go is a bit frustrating! It seemed like nobody was in charge and a young woman who came in after me waited at the front counter for over 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged she was there. A very disappointing experience!

    Just want to say very poor customer service. Took 15 mins to place my order. Then took another 2 hours to make it. I was refunded by the Manager Robbie an got my meal for free. Just need better customer service.

    This place is pretty good, the service is really great. All the employees seem to be fun to be around their laugh and joke with you. The food is pretty good. They do their best to make sure everybody's order is good. And I've never seen anybody doing anything that could be considered gross. LOL atmosphere. I would say there is none because it's basically all. Drive through or pick up only. And I've noticed that they have this. Unions Oregon in the evening and night time shifts. And those ones don't know what they're doing at all.

    Absolutely awful manager. They handed me a torn bag I thought I could deal with, but when I got out of my car everything fell. Went back a few minutes later and showed the picture and manager said they would not remake my food because this "could be a picture of any bag". I paid $20 for food I'm not going to eat. Thanks a lot. I don't just have $20 to spend, and I certainly won't spend it here anymore.

    I purchased 4 chalupas supreme and they charged me $23.16 .., like how? I have never paid before this amount for 4 chalupas and online and shows the price different I told them and they said that prices are different when you buy in the store I guess is more when you go thru the drive thru than if you buy online is cheaper 🤷🏻‍♀️

    The soda has been flat here just about every time I've gone here. And I've been going here for many years. The employees are always new and they tend to forget hot sauce even though they ask you what you want at the drive-thru order screen. They usually get my order wrong about 1/3 of the time. I always tell people not to drive off when they get their food for this very reason.

    Id like to offer up that every time I have been at this location I've had friendly encounters. My food has been correct about 90% of the time, accidents happen, and when I ask politely for it to be fixed I always get an apology.

    I love Taco Bell. It's always been a treat for me. I always get 2 Doritos Locos Tacos, ever since 2013, and before that I'd always get 2 Soft Tacos. As a kid I loved getting Taco Bell Churros. The only bad thing I can think of is the stomach aches everyone seems to get from eating it. I don't get them, but everyone I know does, and it repels them from eating here, which crushes my soul. I would eat here every day if I had the option to, because I'm the only person I know who likes Taco Bell better than normal tacos. Sue me, I love me a spicy taco & a freeze.

    The main issue with this location is when ordering online they forget your hot sauce half of the time. If they would get their orders tuned in they would have such a better rating because the quality of the food is great and they will get additions to orders correct majority of the time.

    Sorry but Taco Bell had turned to garbage. The last 3 times I've gotten it, in different locations and one in a different state even, it's been awful. I really think this last time, was thier last chance. Crunch wrap supreme was very poorly made without much inside. The nacho fries were floppy n seemed under cooked. They didn't put the extras on the Mexican pizza but charged for them. (that's been the last 3 times too) stuff always comes out cold too. Weird. So ya that's all I got!

    The employees here have been consistently giving me much less sauce in relation to the size of my order and it is very frustrating because without the sauce, their food can be very much lacking in flavor. For the amount they charge for their food, they can afford to give me a minimum of one sauce packet for each item I purchase. They are giving me much less than that. As is typical with fast food, one never learns the truth until it is too late to correct.

    The staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. Was asked to pull around to get our bean burrito we were not originally given in our bag for our order. Presented our receipt and was asked to go around the store to the speaker to ask for the food we already ordered and were not given. Refused to leave until we got what we paid for and the red haired 19 year old “manager” actually called the police 911 emergency number and wasted the tax dollars she doesn’t have any idea about that we pay to pull us over for wanting what we paid for on our receipt. Absolutely terrible customer service this girl was not raised with any respect and I will never return.

    I was only asking for a different dipping sauce after the one I tried was bad. The woman working there talked to me and had this look on her face like I was about to assault someone. I was just asking politely. You can say no without the tone and the dirty look. Funny thing is I was calm and after she look like she was ready to argue I was like “ok.” I mean, it’s a weird hill for her to die on but alright. Not sure why she wanted to defend a multibillion dollar company this hard to protect their sauce that probably cost 1 cent to make. But if she insists on simping for a corporation this hard that doesn’t care about her then so be it. I’m sure they’re sooo proud of her.

    Very well trained kitchen crew. My order is always correct, even though I make a lot of special modifications. They are also very kind to the homeless population. I've observed multiple times where they treated the homeless customers with the same respect and service that they give everyone. They also allow anybody to get a free water to stay hydrated and cool . That is a very great thing that seems so small.

    Got the new triplelupa box...it was terrible. First my husband taco only had like a teaspoon of meat. Then his chalupa was so hard itor had something in it, it broke his tooth. My chalupa had some meat in one of the three sections. The other two sections were lettuce and awful cheese sauce.

    Not noteworthy, but satisfying. The large soda is the same size as every other restaurant's medium. The lids fit poorly, but that's all trivial. It's Taco Bell. The new crew seems to be more competent than previous crews.
