A private hospital but dedicated to the help of poor and needy people. In just 5 rupees, you can get your OPD treatment . But most of the time, when people go for OPD, only intern and new inexperienced doctors only treat the patient, which leads to no clear diagnosis, and further this leads to ineffective treatment.

One of my friends shared that in this medical college, the pg students are treated harshly by the lecturers of this college, they do not provide a smooth environment and make the students suffer and depressed. If the lecturers who are there follow the bad trend of making them suffer mentally without teaching them, how can they become good doctors and give the good treatment to the people? Management should take note of this

My wife received a diagnosis of an ectopic pregnancy, necessitating emergency surgery. Dr. M Surya performed the procedure with excellent care, and the nursing staff also provided attentive support. The hospital facilities were of high quality.

I recently underwent dental treatment at “Premium dental clinic”. The treatment was excellent, and I am really appreciative of their care and service provided. I would like to elaborate a few points on how they support new patients. They were like, 1- Professional in handling patients with a systematic approach. Very user-friendly while scheduling the appointment and understanding the patient’s need better that helps in scheduling the appointment earlier or as per the hospital terms. 2- Call or WhatsApp patient to check the treatment status and pain range. Also provide necessary solutions for pain management until the next treatment schedule. 3- Prior to each appointment, they call or WhatsApp to update doctor’s availability status. 4- Guide the patient for Insurance claim. 5- They provide all bills, scan, and discharge summary before we even ask them. Overall, I would like to provide 10/10 feedback for the services provided by Doctors & Front desk doctors/representatives. In future, I would strongly recommend this “Premium dental clinic” for my relatives and friends. Also, the charges are very reasonable.

My mother is very confident and energetic after the operation due to the doctor's daycare procedures and motivational comments. We felt some noise pollution in the hospital; it can be improved. Nursing should be improved. Overall, thumbs up for the whole team. The billing and insurance procedures are smooth.

I recently had Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy surgery, Dr. Kishore Babu & his team took extreme care throughout my procedure. I was comfortable & they cleared all the doubts that i raised. Overall The care from the doctor's team was great. But facility provided by the hospital was not satisfied. The room that they provided under special ward was not up to what I paid.

My wife recently undergone laparoscopic Hysterectomy surgery under the supervision of Dr Binu. Her experience and sound knowledge in the field provided needed guidance and relief. Very happy with the outcome. Will refer other who in need for sure.
