Very good service and very reasonable prices compare to other hospitals. Very clean environment and cheerful staff. Highly recommended for those who are near Mount Lavinia.

The service is useless and the way the service staff speaks is extremely bad. Management is also confused. They change doctors without asking us and then cheat us by taking money

This is Medihelp Hospital's latest addition. I was made to understand that they could accommodate around 30 in-house patients, in addition to other facilities that are provided. They have a home visiting facility. This includes visiting patients to obtain samples for laboratory testing as well. Friendly service. They have adequate parking.

I had a great experience at Medihelp Hospital’s OPD. The staff was courteous, and I didn’t have to wait long before seeing a doctor. The medical team was knowledgeable and took the time to address my concerns. The facility was clean and well-maintained, which added to my overall comfort. Prices are reasonable and affordable for OPD and pharmacy drugs also reasonable. I would highly recommend Medihelp Hospital for their excellent OPD services.

I have to say after few months I went medi help they did lot of changes in their services. I really felt comfortable there with opd doctor also really helpful. I got a bitter scene now few months ago. But they are doing actually good job. 😃😃😃

I was asked to come for a health check up today at 7am as the appointment was at that time. Only the security was there. I waited till 7am and came to Moratuwa Medihelp for check up. I could not wait any longer as my parents were on fast for 12 hours and test should be taken on time. This is a very bad experience

Excellent Service from Medihelp Mt Lavinia, yesterday I came to newly open Medihelp Hospital in Mt Lavinia with my mother to channel a Doctor. we are very much satisfied with all the services. its good news for all residents in Mt lavinia, Dehiwala, Rathmalana, Moratuwa to experience MediHelp services and you will feel the difference.

Friendly reception staff but let down by poor and inefficient lab work. We requested a Thyroid profile report two days ago at Medihelp Mount and still waiting (despite repeated phone calls). This in our view is a lab to avoid!

Rude doctors never recommended. We are paying to get a service if they asking why you come at 1.00 a.m its not good if you cant please cut 24 hrs OPD. Pain is not take an appointment and come. Without any pain or disease no one come to private hospital for paying money to hospital. Not recommended doctors. Pharmacy and receptionist are very good.

Everything is good except the medication I got. No branding, No proper packages just a poly thin bag and unknown medics inside. Price of the medics also compared to cheap. Not sure about the effectiveness of the medics.

I went to this hospital to dress a wound , from Reception to ECU staff to Pharmacy all of them were very much kind , attentive and concerned. Especially the nurses in the ECU Were so caring and took care of my wound. Felt a real difference between the leading hospital s and this new one. I recommend this place for all.

I would love recommend Medi help mount Lavinia. They give a massive support. My husband was admitted with a medicine allergy. Without there dearest support I would loose him. Out of all they thought about the patient and family not the money or anything. It was a great strength to the family in a hard situation. Most of the time my family is taking medicine from here. But on the 31st my little one took there to give the blood (around 9pm). Blood samples taking staff are not experienced and they hurt my little son.

I was bitten by something whilst in Sri Lanka and needed to seek emergency care. My family took me to Medihelp. It is a new hospital and immaculate, well stayed and cleaner than clean. We went straight to reception and registered, which cost 500 rupees. They sent me to a waiting room for a doctor and within 20 seconds I was sat in front of the doctor. He did speak English but my wife being native spoke to him to make sure he understood. He was very good. He told us the woj d needed eating and treating and that I would need antibiotics. I followed him to another room and I was treated. That was another 500 rupees. I then went to get the medicine another 1300 rupees. All in all very efficient, fast and very cheap. The NHS should consider this model in the UK. All sorted now and no complaints. I hope I do not need to go back but if I need help I would certainly trust them.

We are happy that there is at least one clean hospital down Galle road. Hope they will maintain it spotless.

I was brought to this hospital with acute heat stroke two days ago. Reception, nurses and the doctor available at the emergency, attended promptly and treated me well. Extremely glad that there's a hospital nearby with such an excellent standard.
