K-zone Ja-ela, the customer service is just so poor and the staff had the biggest attitude ever. For the third consecutive time I was informed that they dont have smaller denominations (rs.50) and refused to get my order. They did the same thing when once when I wanted to buy a bottle of water the week before. The supervisors pls look in to this and kindly employ capable staff to help a customers and inform staff that they are not a charitable place which offers juices free of charge.

I have been coming for the Iced Milo here for months now and the price for all these products are very affordable. And the service and the quality of the food is as good as any.

Today is 26-09-2020 time is 6.15 pm. The cashier at Roots Kzone Jaela outlet is horrible. She doesn't know how to treat and speak cuto astomer.... The way she speak was very cheap. I don't have words to explain it.. The management should look into these kinds of matters. Because it's a reputed company with a large customer base.

Worst customer service ever. The woman has a big attitude problem. Not one bit polite and customer friendly. Refused to give a milk shake as she couldn't change 300/=

i dont feel like giving atleast a single star,I bought a chocolate milkshake and what i got was just a drink that tastes like water. didn’t taste chocolate or a sweetness 😕
