Poor Service I have ordered a TV which was mentioned in their site. I ordered it as a cash on delivery order. Then I was prepared to pay them and waiting for 3 days. But they never reached me out. When I call them they said COD is not available in my area (which wasn’t mentioned in the site). Then I agreed to deposit to their account and they promised to send me account details. Several times I called and every time what they said was “ we will send it shortly”. Now they are saying the product is sold out and will cancel the order. The television was a planned gift for my father’s birthday and they clearly ruined it. I’ll NEVER reach them out for any business and DO NOT RECOMMEND them.

I got to know about the place around end of 2019, where i was looking to buy a PS4 and a TV. At the time this was the only place that i was able to find that gives great offers on both TV and a PS4. At first i was skeptical about buying a TV and PS4 from 3rd party seller but eventually i gave in and bought PS4, TV and bunch of games. So after almost 3 years every equipment i bought still working very well without any issues. Also, i bought rechargeable fans, induction cooker and recently bought my PS5 as well. Bought a relatively big-ticket item from Tryaksh. Decent price, not too much higher than current US prices, unlike the SL premium we typically have to pay for everything. Timely, professional, and helpful communication. Shipping service was also timely and professional, especially considering some less-than-straightforward shipping circumstances. Visited this place because my ps4 had an issue where it turned off automatically once you turned it on, the person running this shop checked immediately and told me the issue - he replaced the part for me and it worked normally. He does a good job and he has a good knowledge about consoles therefore he can give you advice on how to maintain your console. He's the only person out of the three places I called in Colombo who offered to check the issue immediately instead of leaving your console at their repair shop for days.

This shop is a kids paradise and the shop has very good customer service I bought a ps4 a Nintendo switch and a wiping ps5 from the same place with no issue.the shop has everything you need 10/10 shop

It's a smaller store but still has everything you'd expect.they had a bigger selection of action figures and used games.The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. All in all it's a good location.

Recently I bought my PS5 from Tryaksh. Gave me a super and fast service. Actually I bought this with-out visit their store. I did the bank transfer and they sent me the package with in 24 hours to Matara. Going forward I am buying more games from Tryaksh and recommending to anyone to purchase console games from them.

I had the best customer service from them. When I ordered spiderman 2 perorder transaction held by the DFCC bank due to an issue. Passing through Colombo desperately searching for a waterproof case for my GoPro Hero 10.
