Went in for ceramic coating, oil, filters change and a full check up. Friendly service advisors and staff, pays attention to detail, the prices are reasonable, parts are genuine as you would expect from Audi service. However it's very busy, you may end up spending a lot more time than you would like here, it's best to drop your vehicle off and pick up it up on completion when going in for your regular service. Recommended for all Audi owners in Colombo.

Dependable service no complaints about that at all. Facility is not state of the art though and service advisors although nice and competent are always too busy and very difficult to contact over the phone.

They are doing services at this location temporary. Planning to move to a new bigger location. Went for the initial service last week. Their service is very professional and efficient. The service advisor Muditha did a great job. Explained everything in detail and very helpful. Keep it up guys.

We can see some improvement in customer support, pre appointment is must, front office lady very helpful and happy to help,and other staffs as well, there a separate waiting area with coffe and tea complementary they offered, they did a check by a QC officer since there was nothing to repair they didn't charge me anything, Thank you Audi Sri Lanka .

Great place in dedicated audi service. Technical expertise has room to improve especially in comparison to German standards.
