Update in 2023 Meanwhile I speak Bahasa and McDonald's has the self service terminals. Like this the language barrier is gone and I can speak to explain my problem. But what I have discovered is the Soda Jawa which is apparently sparkling water with tamarind. Great drink! From 2018 Well yeah a Mc Donald's like many others in Indonesia where employees do not necessarily speak English hence you have to explain one by one and yet they fail to provide the right food.

When we were about to come into the building, the staff checked our temperature and we were required to check in to our PeduliLindungi app. For order, we use the screen manually at the front side, then pay at the counter. I happened to sit outside, and the staff pick up the food and bring it to me.

Nice place 😀 But than tray not clean. The tea pot smel coffee. The toilet also not clean the toilet tissu not ready. 😕

Located nearby Supermall Karawaci, this McDonald's Restaurant has spacious place for eat and drink fastfood. This Restaurant also has Drive Thru delivery service with modern and integrated concept. A special and spacious praying room also provided but not integrated with main building. This Restaurant is clean. Parking room is quite small. This Restaurant also has a special and limited parking space, which has 1 hour time limitation .

Early in the morning, i breakfast at Mc Donalds Karawaci. First I was sholat Subuh at their musholla, after that i try coffee, chicken, rice and muffin. Good bfast.

Ambience: Always busy restaurant. I rather order drive-thru, walk or cycling to get here, coz parking space is limited and full most of the time. Cleanliness: need more attention to always wipe dry&clean the wastafel/sink area. Play area is small. 6 kids is already crowded. Food tastes standard as they are. Please check quality of burger. Ordered fillet o fish burger and got cheese only half. And lately fish patty is smaller and a bit dry, coating is too thick. Drive thru has no more free parking ticket unless ur done in less than 20 min. It rarely happens because it is usually busy.

Good place to get fast food. They have McCafe with coffee and pastries. Health alert for those who choose to eat this though.
