Update : Just got a follow up called today from Nurse Ratna, asking about my mom's condition and her wellbeing, if she's getting better? If she eats well? May you grow to set an example and benchmark of what a modern hospital a civilized nation deserves to have. However, there should still be some room for improvement on BPJS admission process to make things more efficient and faster.

Nurses and hospital staff are good services. Pulmonary specialist doctor who handle my sister is very not good services. She give wrong diagnosis to her until she not survive. That is very disappointing.

The best hospital i’ve ever had. Even though there are many patients waiting in line, all staff still serve patiently, selected doctors who have the best service and advice, building facilities are also very clean and comfortable. But quality improvement is necessary in healthcare such as for BPJS patients it takes too long for the registration process, pharmacy queues and cashier queues. Apart from that there is a lack of information centers because several times I have come there, there are always patients who ask me step by step what to do after seeing the doctor. Keep up the good work Siloam Kelapa Dua!
