Today is the fourth day of my stay at your hotel. On the second and third day, in the evening, we ate dinner at your restaurant. Every time I paid the bills for our whole group, a few people. I'll probably have a bill for few hundred euros waiting for me at the reception. Today's dinner was the third, and we sat in yours restaurant as a group of eight, at 7:30pm. Everyone ordered dinner and something to drink. They all got their meals, and I didn't. After 55 minutes, the waitress came up and asked me to place an order. I was answer that I placed the order almost an hour ago, all the others received their dishes and have already eaten them. It's been another 30 minutes and my dish has still not been brought. The worst part is that none of the waiters felt guilty, for them it was a normal situation. And in the end, it turned out that my dish that was never brought was on the bill to be paid. A waiter with an ironic smile offered me a free beer. We finished our group dinner and I didn't get the food I ordered. Great experience overall. + Free parking lot in front of the hotel. + Nice variety buffet breakfast with kind waiters and staff. + Large spacious room with AC, comfortable mattress and tea & coffee making facility. + Great bar, plenty of options and excellent bartenders. + Lovely staff. + Very clean overall, daily room cleaning. + Free gym with plenty of equipment. + Complimentary glass water bottle in the room was nice. + I didn't try the restaurant but it looked class, I regret not trying it! - No Smart TV in the room, which was highly disappointing. There were no channels broadcasting in English either. - There was no minibar in the room.

I was given a 1st floor room that was adequate. I had an awful view, but the room was clean and the welcome at reception very friendly. No frills at all, except a kettle, coffee & tea, which is always nice. I would recommend, but only as a budget stay. I think they could be much better with a bit more attention to quality. The chef was not in, I was advised he was I'll so the resteraunt menu was limited.

Rooms are pretty huge. The place isn't too cheap so you can expect that I guess. Service was friendly and cleaning on point. If you plan to stay there look for restaurants beforehand. The hotel is outside of town in an industrial park. Good 20min walk from the nearest public transportation. The hotel has a restaurant. It's expensive. Not very good and the portion size can be laughable if you're unlucky. Would not go here again because of the complicated eating situation.

Very pleased with my time here. Across the board here, the staff was knowledgeable and kind. English is no problem. Hotel is new and everything is quality and classy and clean, clean, clean. Public areas are cozy and lighting throughout (lobby, corridors, restaurant) is on the dimmer side which I really like. The room was huge by European standards and furnished nicely. (Carpet was cheap, which seemed out of place in an otherwise upscale decor.) Bed: awesome. Bathroom large with a great big shower. No American-style washcloths. Room has deadbolt lock and also new/safer style chain lock (the one that clips off the slider so it can't move unless you press it). Weekday breakfast buffet from 6:30-10 was nicely sized. Dinner was outstanding. I saw huge, gorgeous burgers and fries. My soup and salad were fantastic with 4-star restaurant presentation. It's in an office park type neighborhood which seems safe. Free, plentiful open-air parking. I do wish it was closer to the S-bahn. 1.8km/15min walk to Eschborn S-bahn was fine but long if carrying anything heavy. Taxi to S-bahn 10euro. Station is 3 stops from Congress Center Messe, which lets off right at the Messe. To drive you are 9km to Congress Center Messe or 25euro taxi.

Nice breakfast. Room are large and clean. I had issues with hot water temperature which was not stable during shower. Good parking space but limited options to walk around

The water temperature during a shower fluctuates burning you or freezing you. Horrible shower experience. Otherwise nice room size, clean, good room service though few menu options. Don't order their tomoato soup; it sucks. But the Best Western hamburger was very good and juicy.

Clean, strait forwarded hotel with big parking lot in the front of the building, firm matraces (great), room AC, and solid gym. The only thing I was missing was a fridge in the room. There is a very good Asian restaurant next to the hotel. Breakfast was very good too (they could add salmon and more cheese options to make it perfekt.

Beds are not good at all. The bathroom and curtains were dirty.

Beautiful hotel, cheap compared with what is offered for the price of one night. Free safe parking which is rare for Frankfurt city. Loved the room, and it was nice to spend some time at the bar in the night - great choice. A delicious breakfast in the morning is available, like a buffet.

Good hotel, comfortable and large rooms. Clean. Breakfast is ok, a bit crowded. Big parking lot available at no cost.
