😠 Dear MinuteClinic, You never fail to disappoint. You consistently over-promise and under-deliver. I scheduled an appointment online for 12:18. Here is sit past 1pm. This has been my experience here every time! I don’t know why I come back except I’m desperate for care after hours. Once a more viab... People often mention appointment, time, minutes, hours,

Initially a bad opening, but the RN/NP on duty did a great job, albeit lacking timeliness and courtesy. My appointment time was 2:30, and I signed in at 2:00pm. At 2:30pm I saw the Nurse Practitioner shut the door to the Minute Clinic. I waited 10 courtesy minutes before knocking on the door, to which there was no response. I knocked again and the NP asked what I wanted. I told her I had an appointment and she said she doesn’t know anything about it. She checked her computer and had me inside at approximately 2:45. She was not courteous or friendly initially, but by the end of the visit I could she see was competent and friendly, just not initially. 3 stars for redemptions, but a bad start.

Dear MinuteClinic, You never fail to disappoint. You consistently over-promise and under-deliver. I scheduled an appointment online for 12:18. Here is sit past 1pm. This has been my experience here every time! I don’t know why I come back except I’m desperate for care after hours. Once a more viable option comes along, I will never be back. When a better competitor comes, they will eat your lunch and I will laugh. Edit: at 1:30 I had my appointment. I have had several experiences with MinuteClinic. They have all been similar. A good experience with the provider; a bad wait time when you feel your worst.. As I was spending my copious amount of time waiting, I noticed appointments were stacking up on the check-in board 18 minutes apart. So I timed my appointment. It clocked in at 26 minutes. No wonder the wait times are horrendous. My advice to MinuteClinic: review and adjust your labor standards!! Then when you promise something, DELIVER IT!!! I have sat in the waiting area for two hours then been turned away when they closed! Unacceptable!! Your quest to increase profitability is pissing off and costing you customers. Give the providers more time. My advice to potential customers considering going here: DO NOT schedule an appointment within 90 minutes to 2 hours of closing. There is a very real chance of getting turned away. I’m leaving my rating at one star. It is not a reflection of the provider (she was great) it is an indictment of the corporate policy of timing appointments.

MAKE SURE TO BRING YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE/ID! BUT ALSO: SO RUDE AND A WASTE OF YOUR TIME. SEEMS TO TAKE THEIR TIME BUT DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOURS. The wait said it was only supposed to be an hour and 10 minutes (which is already really long for a Minute Clinic and only three patients ahead of you) but I ended up waiting over 2 hours. By the time she finally would see me, she wouldn't see me because I didn't have my ID on me (my mom drove me, because obviously I'm not feeling well--and she even had my medical insurance card w/ my name on it + has the same last name as me and everything on her but apparently that wasn't good enough). Did they say that anywhere when we checked in 2 hours before? Nope! Not even the message/website to notify we were up. That would have helped. So then we offer to go back to our house to get my ID because we've already waited 2 freaking hours of our day (and I'm supposed to be leaving for Florida in a day so I don't even have 2 hours to waste like that & makes me want to feel better even faster), but the she said that wasn't an option because it would be past 7:30pm when we got back. It was 7:20pm when she was finally ready for us after we signed in at 5pm!!! So the only reason it would be past 7:30 was because of her and this ID rule that I've NEVER experienced anywhere else and I've been to many Minute Clinics/CareNows/etc even in different states. Our theory is she just wanted to go home early so she just let us completely waste our day and storm off feeling just as sick, if not worse without any help. Not to mention that we were waiting in our car while it was almost freezing rain for an hour + having to go in and out of it when I otherwise wouldn't be so I'm sure that helped whatever I have. I'd love to know what that is and how I can actually feel better, but unfortunately I obviously still do not when I definitely should have wayyy earlier today. CVS, we try to rely on you as our first choice but no longer can. You can be better than this, other CVS' Minute Clinics seem be so please improve this somehow so miserably sick people like myself don't have to be sent back home without any help (ya know, your whole sole purpose).

We have needed to come twice over the past two weekends and had great experiences both times. The Nurse and Nurse Practitioner were friendly, knowledgeable, and dealt with our young children really well. I would definitely recommend coming here. They are able to test for strep and COVID, and probably other things too. And $30 co-pay on a weekend! Thank you.

Elite Bernales-Alba and clinic did such a great job with my daughter and I. She was kind, knowledgeable and took time to explain so much. Highly recommend them

The nurse practitioner Manju Karki is so nice! I was taken back immediately after checking in and she was very helpful and informative. She was also easy to talk to about what was going on. I saw her last year as well and was glad to see her there again today. I will definitely come back in the future.

Says the accept walk-ins but apparently they do not, even when there is nobody else there waiting to be seen

I think people misunderstand the name, this place isn’t meant to be quick/speedy it’s meant to be convenient, as described on the website. Went twice for covid testing—the two nurses working were both super nice and very funny. I was worried about going in given the reviews, but I actually enjoyed the experience. You two are doing great!

I came to have Covid test done. There are instructions outside but no contact number. I waited 45 minutes and called the pharmacy multiple times to see if they could go ask about my appointment because I thought maybe they had the wrong number but I was blown off until I called again and of course the med clinic had went to lunch so I wasted 50 minutes of my time. Poor customer service!!!! I highly suggest adding a number to contact if you don’t want patients coming in the store for situations like this.

Made an appointment for minute clinic had everything done. Appointment code and everything. Walked in there for a 9:20 appointment and couldn’t check in. Nurse told me I wasn’t on the list and she couldn’t do anything about it. Showed her my info to include appointment code and said you are not on the list. Tried to schedule another one for Roanoke at 11am since it was available and still is and “unexpected error” page every time I hit the end screen to get my code. This is a joke, terrible service and to a disabled vet at that. Thanks cvs for wasting my time!

👍👍 I love North Hills Family Medicine. The staff are always very kind and professional. Dr. Martin is always so welcoming and approachable. I love that she takes the time to chat with me about things instead of just doing a quick exam and running out the door. It shows that she cares about her pa...

😐 The medical staff (5 Star) is amazing. Billing ( 0 star) is brutal. You're made to pay up front any deductible you may have whether it applies or not. Then when they receive payment in full from the insurance company, it takes them 8 to 10 weeks to issue the refund. Thats a lot of money just to be s...
