I made a booking online still no email or phone call. Got thru to reception to make a booking they said for 9pm Friday just checked trading hours open till 5pm didn't get a phone call or anything for confirmation nothing . Just for a MRI scan not on .

The chairs in the waiting room need a good clean, some were too dirty to sit on. Staff member Christina at front reception has a very poor attitude when it comes to dealing with patients.

rude, impersonal reception staff. As nobody's coming here to order a burrito and might actually be in pain/frightened about their health, a little empathy and kindness training might be worth investing in. Will request a different service provider from my GP next time

Called to make an appointment and managed to get one for the very next day. Spoke to Chris, her phone mannerisms were impeccable, she made me feel at ease and like nothing was too much trouble. Had my appt and I would have to say it's a 10/10 for me. Fantastic customer service.

I was supposed to have an MRI done with these guys and they said they'd tried to reach out to me to ask for a different date as they needed more time for the appointment. I RECEIVED NO COMMUNICATIONS AT ALL. I have just phoned them to make sure of the time of my appointment on the thursday, as I need it done before my neurologist leaves the practice, and they informed me they cancelled it. They never apologised for not communicating with me and basically said it was my fault as in their exact words "never just cancel appointments ". They said we tried to communicate with you multiple times back in April and that they would have left a message, I had no messages in my voicemail. I am, to say the least, p***ed off.

Friendly staff. Constantly checking in during my MRI to make sure I was ok. Place was clean. Professional staff. Was one of the more pleasant scans ive had thus far.

Friendly and helpful reception staff. Did not have to wait long to be seen.

Very patient staff. Sorry about the grass and sand that come out of my work pants and socks. If you had of given me a dust pan I would of happily cleaned it up

Getting through to them via phone is nightmarish. Once there I got changed and told 2mins. 45min later called through. Still very good company beside faults. Thus is ongoing issues not a one off.

Booked for a MRI appointment was then changed by them to 5.40pm, thinking it was a after hours appointment I turned up well what a waste of time that was not open…… not happy

Rude and treat you like a child would avoid them at all costs plenty of other places to visit.
