Just got back from Bootleggers in Village Green Mall. No customer service from the three clerks there. I walked in the store and they all disappeared into the back. No one else in store guess that’s why no customer service. Shopped there for years but no more. What happened to the great service you could rave about.I will find another place to shop maybe Kelowna or Vancouver I am glad all the other customers got service .

The store clerk at this location was extremely helpful and a joy to deal with. She showed how to save some extra money so I was especially happy after. Highly recommend this location. Don’t remember the clerk’s name but time was 5:30pm on May 24

I had a wonderful experience at this store. Kate was pleasant and very helpful. It is a nice store and well stocked. It was nice to see they carried bigger sizes as well. I ended up with 5 new tops! I will definitely shop here again.

Great day! I typically have a hard time finding jeans. The manager helped me find a few outfits that I am thrilled with. It's like she knew exactly what I like and fit wise. I went home with amazing finds. Plus got deals with my Bootlegger card!

Friendly and very helpful. Purchased a pair of Brody cargo jeans. The fit and feel were perfect. So comfortable! My husband wants more, so when his size is in he will get them in all colours.

My experience at Bootleggers in Vernon was amazing. Lots of beautiful items and pretty much everything had a sale price. The highlight of my experience was the sales clerk. She was very helpful, so pleasant and for awhile the only sales clerk on the floor helping 5 customers.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a good shopping experience. Unfortunately the lack of a "5 star review" is due to the lack of information about the loyalty program. I have been using the Bootlegger discount card for years, but did not receive any info that the program would be changing. I am still uncertain what will be happening and am disappointed that I was unable to use any discounts or offers for my purchase.

I was helped right away but never checked on, and I needed another size. I had to get dressed again to get it myself. I would have given even fewer stars, but I mentioned it was very warm in the changing room, and the girl on the floor turned down the heat
