Came in with platinum blonde asked for roots to be done. Apparently my stylist was afraid to do under the hair in the back due to damage. ( which could have been cut off) so she decided to leave it dark and add a little to it. Well She took all of my platinum and turned it dark brown with yellow blonde stands. Also not what I wanted! I like my hair before and now I’m going to another salon to save my hair! I never cried over hair before! I asked her for a bob to add fuller look she butchered my hair and made it uneven! Kailey was nice but no clue what she was doing. And you know it’s bad when your are leaving the salon and the other people looking at you like omg. Even the manager that checked me out didn’t say a word just awkward silence.

I scheduled appts for my 86 year old mom and myself and were scheduled with Erica.Our haircuts turned out great and I scheduled a perm for my mom shortly after. Erica was so patient with my mom and I REALLY appreciate that and her perm is super cute too!! We schedule follow up cuts with her.

Don’t bother setting an appointment at the salon. I set an appointment for a bleach correction with a stylist who was supposedly great with bleach. Upon arriving the stylist was not planning to do the entire head though it was gone over when the appointment was set. Then said stylist thought it’d be a great idea to be rude to me and my 13 year old daughter.

Greg is awesome! I had over bleached scraggly hair and I now have the cutest cut of my life and amazing colors. After he had to correct months of home bleaching. I’m so glad I came here. New to the area and with no one to help me find a good stylist, I chose JCPenney based off their reputation in general and google reviews. All of the hairdressers seemed to have a following, so you probably won’t go wrong with any of them. I HIGHLY recommend Greg though. He even massaged my head with the shampoo! I’ve never been so relaxed. I nearly fell asleep several times. And my hair looks amazing. It’s been 3 hours and I’ve received 12 compliments. Go see Greg, you’ll just feel better and look amazing

They botched my hair. I asked for a balyage and came out looking like a carrot. I asked for a half inch and she took off 3 inches. Get home and i have flakes of product still coming off my scalp. Will not be going back for hair cutsor color.

My hair had blonde front pieces for like 3 years and I was so sad to see it go but it was time and Jazmine did a wonderful job making my hair all brown all over in a light way like i wanted! Thank you!!!

I have curly hair and it’s really hard to find someone who can give me a good cut, I rolled the dice and just randomly booked a stylist and I got Taylor. She did so good! she took the time to really shape my hair and give me the volume I was looking for. So happy with my hair! Thanks Taylor

I am from out of town, here for a family event. I called the salon on Monday at 10:00 they got me in at 11:00. I have curly hair and stressed that I wanted to get a cut that highlighted my curls. My stylist was amazing, she listened and actually did what I asked. I give her 10 stars, if I come to visit I know where I will go for an awesome cut.
