A cozy and relaxing café bringing some hip, big city vibes to little Ingelheim. Overall a nice place, serving the best coffee in town, but also having a little room for improvement. This place has a Costa Rican theme going, relaxing Caribbean music is playing in the background, the staff is young and friendly. MajaKaffee roasts it’s own coffee, and offers a selection of cakes and pastries to go with it. It’s a pleasant surprise in this otherwise small German town, offering a hip café and coffee experience you would more expect in a much larger city like Cologne. The coffee blend is smooth, but has a nice character, and overall this place is likely the best place for a proper coffee in Ingelheim. While it certainly has the potential for five stars, a few points leave room for improvement: the raisin scroll was tough and old, and took on the flavors from its surrounding items in the fridge. The barista skills are a little inconsistent, not delivering the same quality pour each time and latte art skills still need some leveling up. But the banana bread with berries and almonds was excellent and fixing the above shortcomings would put this place on a higher rating.

Super cozy place, lovely coffee smell, good espresso and great vibe by the staff. Would only say it would be great if they could add a lighter roast for filter coffees, which I think would give a different option for coffee lovers... hopefully they can add it in the future, I’d buy it immediately :)
