Good to have electric device and touch it before buying

The Media Markt team represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Information was accurate, responses to queries were turned around very fast. Answers were clear and were detailed enough for me to make informed decisions quickly, minimising the end to end time to process complex transactions among viewing multiple phones. The nice gentleman who helped me at the phone section was fantastic! He had salt and pepper gray colored hair. Oh how I wish I remembered his name so that I could give him the proper shout out that he deserves. He provided great cutomer support from beginning to the end of the process. I ended up purchasing the Xiaomi phone because of his wonderful advice and I still enjoy it until this day. He really informed me well and went the extra mile at every stage. I would recommend him unreservedly. The guy in the laptop department, unforunately I do not remember his name either but I think it was Abdul and he had pretty black hair and he provided service that was smooth and straightforward. He was a great advisor and was extremely helpful. I would recommend. Even though I live in Wiesbaden, I come to this location because the service is just impeccably great! What a wonderful store and extremely knowledgeable employees. The stereo department also did a fantastic job at installing speakers in my car! Thank you Media Markt!

One of the worst, unfriendlier, and unprofessional customer service I've ever experienced or dealt with in my life, If i could have given them a rating lower than one star I would have done it. I'll be definitely making sure to exclude them from any future purchase decision and will be advising my colleagues to do the same.

It is a big place for all electronics and I bought a computer from there .

A mixed experience, first member of staff was very abrupt but second one was helpful and friendly. Limited stock of goods, even products on display not available to buy. Plenty of parking within easy walk of door.

Interesting more product than Saturn. Real Super Market, is closed down.

It is one of the best shops in for electronic in Germany, it is accessible in every city, you will be able to find any kind of electronic here, like TV, Computer, printer, Phone, loudspeakers, regreg, vacuum cleaner..........., some of the staff in the market can speak very good English if you can't speak yet German.

Some prices near the product from other products. I ask seller's help and he said me that price 14.99 but it was 42.99 on kasse

Good selection, not enough personnel. While it was weekend and the shop is of course more busy there was a single poor guy for the Video Game Section. A second one on a busy day would have been better for him as well. Very helpful though so 100 points on service once available.

Good store and employees are really helpful. Got a great recommendation today by a very friendly employee that took time to find exactly what I wanted.
