    Very miserable selection of items. Not a big store and is lacking lots of models and brands of phones, laptops and TVs. Half of the phones on display for demo weren't even functional for weeks and none of the employees seemed to care. Definitely needs improvement.

    Great selection of gadgets and electronics, with almost all display models in the store being live and testable — a nice touch. Lots of choice for phones, cameras, media, audiovisual and accessories, though a lack of good signage makes it difficult to find what you want quickly, even for fluent Germans. Branded goods can be expensive too.

    Wish I could give 0 stars! The Staff doesn’t know a damn about anything, full of ignorance and arrogance. Customer service is an alien word across all levels!

    So so. Not the best store. Smaller than most. Always very crowded (corona days is exception). Usually difficult to find personnel to ask something.

    This a very big electronic store in Aschaffenburg which offers a wide range of electronic gadgets. I bought my apple iphone 8 plus and apple watch series three from this store at city galleria. The staff attends very well and communicates in english and german
