The 5D4N schedule was not too tight, we are given enough time to rest for our next destination and the accommodation provided was good enough. Thanks to Sean who always response to my message on time and patiently explained to me whenever I have any question. Juan, our tour guide has good English communication skills and very knowledgeable. He share with us the local cultural and history. His photography skills are also excellent. Take good care of us while we are at the waterfall. Driver Bryan driving skills are excellent and bring us safetly to all our destionations. Overall, the whole trip was smooth and we are very satisfied with the quality of the service, we will come again next time!

The 4D3N trip to Surabaya was an unforgettable experience. Our group of 6 people managed to climb Mt Bromo, track to Madakaripura Waterfall and Kawah Ijen. It was one of the most tiring but fun trips we have done. The trip was also made enjoyable by the very responsible tour guides Juan and Fico. Both of them were always there to ensure that we had our food, equipment and transport ready. They also climbed and tracked with us to ensure the group’s safety. Another person who served us well was Dosi, the driver. His driving skills were close to the professional F1 Grand Prix drivers :). Once again, thanks to The Window Travel for planning, coordinating and ensuring that we had a memorable experience.

My second 5D4N holiday to Cameron Highlands, Ipoh and Kluang with The Window Travel is recently on 11 and 15 July 2022. The itinerary was superb, with lots of good food, and snacks like durian ice cream recommendation, good hotel stay and beautiful photos taking. Thank you Sean, Jeff and Ah Kai for bringing us to interesting places especillay Kea Farm, Flora Fark, Gunung Lang, French and Japanese Village, Kluang Street Art and Talula Hill farm. This trip to Indonesia has given me a completely different understanding of the country. The professionalism and sense of responsibility of the tour group far exceeded my expectations. Most importantly, the safety and comfort of us two girls were meticulously taken care of throughout the journey, which was the most important aspect for us throughout the trip. Our tour guide, Dosi, not only fulfilled his duties as a tour guide responsibly but also took on the roles of driver, guide, and photographer. His humor, eloquence, and humility made the entire 4-day, 3-night journey enjoyable and rich. Despite our many questions and requests, he patiently answered them and left us satisfied. Anjas was an exceptional guide we encountered during our journey to Ijen. Although he was young, his sense of responsibility and professionalism were commendable, and he was also an outstanding photographer! During our descent, Anjas led us carefully and was always cautious, never being careless. He was also very clever in responding promptly when we slipped, ensuring that we safely made our way down the mountain. His attentiveness and patience made us feel very warm and comfortable. I highly recommend this tour, especially for girls. You will be able to enjoy the entire journey with peace of mind and experience a very unforgettable trip, filled with surprises and happiness.

I recently get Sean for my vacation planning and was thoroughly impressed with the service. Firstly, I would like to thank him for his fast response and efficient planning. He was very helpful in liaising with me and providing great suggestions that made my vacation planning much easier. What impressed me the most was how he always checked with me to make sure everything was going smoothly and if there were any issues, he took care of them right away. This showed that he really cared about us and was committed to providing excellent service. Talk about going above and beyond! All the guides brought us for our island hopping were amazing! We had a blast together and got a lot of really nice pictures at the beach, snorkelling, and even discovery scuba diving. The professionalism of the diving guide was top-notch, and the underwater photography managed to capture so much of the precious moments. To top it off, I got a few sweet surprises from Sean during my vacation that made me feel like a VIP. It was such a nice touch and really made my vacation experience even more memorable. Enjoyed the 5D4N trip to Surabaya which organised by The Window Travel. It’s an amazing experience in my life and will never able to forget about it. The most special is on the arrangement of police escort to the hotel in Ijen, it has save half of our time instead of stuck in the traffic for 7-8 hours. The Window Travel provided excellent service in all the arrangement even before we started our journey. This trip was personally leading by Sean and he has make all kind of the arrangements even before we reach down to Surabaya. He always keep us posted on the condition for the spots that we are going, what kind of the preparation we need to do. He also attend to our concern and query in very short period & always ask for our feedback for the arrangements. Tour guide Wahyu has been taken care of me for the whole journey by accompanying and giving encouragement when in difficult time. He is helping us to carry our backpack when we need help. Really have to say big THANK YOU to him.🙏🏻 Another tour guide Kiki also well done in making the arrangements on the foods and accommodation check in. Both of them are well taking care of our safety to ensure no injured to everyone as well as playing the roles of photographers to 16 of us. Nevertheless, the driver Dosi has the excellent driving skill like F1 which managed to let all of us to rest & sleep comfortably when we are in the car as the time we sleep in the car would actually more than the time we sleep in the hotel. Kudos to the team 👏👏 it was my first time experience with The Window Travel and I know this will not be last. The Window Travel is highly recommended if you would like to sit back and relax for your trips.

Wonderful experience with The Window Travel for our 5 days 4 night Surabaya trip. Sean, whom we liaised with for the tour was always reachable and kept in close contact with our guides during the tour. Prior to the trip, we were given updates about the local situations and comprehensive guides on the attractions we were visiting. It was hassle free, and we did not have to worry about planning. Our queries were answered promptly with great recommendations. He was also flexible and able to accommodate to changes or made contingency plans during our trip, making the tour a truly enjoyable one. The guides, Rendi and Juan were knowledgeable and shared with us historical / cultural details of Java and of the attractions we visited (and are great photographers too!). Our driver, Johan was skilled and safe (also loved his playlist). The roads were not easy to navigate especially during the dark and sometimes bumpy but he did a great job. All of them were friendly and took good care of us and our well-being as we mingled, laughed, sang along, and explored over the few days of the tour. The accommodation arranged were all clean and comfortable, to which we would have enjoyed even more if our scheduled allowed. A particularly memorable one was the one at Bromo, beautiful home stay with great food, amazing view and lovely javanese interior. Most of our breakfast were provided by the hotel or homestay. For meals that were not provided, we were given various local / international cuisine options to choose from, and many of which had either great food or enjoyable ambiance. We were also able to suggest places if our schedule or route allows. Although the portion for one of our provided dinners were underwhelming, this was quickly rectified upon receiving feedback which we appreciated. We enjoyed the many delicious Indonesian food throughout the trip! The destinations we explored were breathtaking - Ijen, Bromo, Madakaripura Falls, Tumpak Sewu. Photos do not bring justice to how amazing they are when seen in person. They may not be the easiest hikes or treks, but our guides were always there to give us a helping hand, ensure our safety and motivate our group. I’d go again just to revisit these sights, and I highly recommend engaging The Window Travel for that memorable adventure. Looking forward to more destinations with them.

Highly recommended! Both our tour guides, Kiki and Anjas are super amazing, they have done their job extremely well, by making sure our safely and taking a lotssss of instagrammable pictures. Sean is extremely helpful and always checking on us whether we're OK throughout the entire journey. The driver is awesome as well, get us to the destination safe and sound!
