The environment was calm and soothing! Smells minty 😍..they provide tea, hot towel and cold towel !! 😇 Hajjar was approachable and Yasmin was so good and knowledgeable! She recommended me facial according to my combi skin type! The best thing is, THEY ARE NOT DOING PUSH SALES! They do recommended me the vitamins and etc, but never pushy on the sales! I might try their products next time. Definitely recommendable for Johor people!! I am going to book slots for my scrub next !! Thank you! See you again

Hi. It's my 4th time visit, this place has been really significant for me because my first visit was a spa day in preparation for my wedding. This place has been nostalgic for me ever since , I always come back for the memories. But my last visit was not as good as before, a little frustration. I mean the session was good, I enjoyed the massage and the facial done but it was so in rush. If only they can treat loyal customer more friendly, I will feel more at home and comfortable. I hope they can value existing customers and strive to keep them coming. client relationship skills is essential. I am upset that I didn't get the name of the staff on my first visit, she's enchanting. She gives a good impression of the place, her service was why I am fond of this place. My second visit was still okay, third visit was so so, my latest visit was upsetting. I always rate this place as a 5 out of 5 but this time I had to give 3 because I hope they can make room for improvement. From a loyal customer,l hope they can do better and I am planning to give it another try next time.
