A great hotel getaway for families! I stay 2D1N in this hotel and its comfortable. Not scary and the room is pretty big ( 1 king-sized and 1 queen-sized bed). The toilet is also nice too (just that no bathtub). Pretty amazing for a budget hotel. There is nearby food shop to eat so its a bonus for that :)

The hotel is clean and tidy. The design (very colourful and outstanding front view) of the room is simple but spacious. Good car park with security, near to the food stalls. The services are fast, efficient and friendly. The price is value for money.

Comfortable 1 night stay with wife and 4 kids in Superior Quadraple room. Cost me RM155 includes tax, book on Agoda. Their hotel is with lift, so easy to bring our things up to 1st floor.

I stayed here for 2 nights at the price of RM61 each. I like it here. The room is clean and the air-con is cold. The staff are friendly and the price is good. The water heater works and the wifi is decent for regular use. The location is RM4 away by Grab to train station, but also walkable. There is drinking water and snacks for sale at the reception. There is also ample food within the area.

Room : It was nice staying here. Book the family room and it fit around 4-5 people. 1 Queen bed and 1 king bed. A comfortable pillow (for good night sleep ). But there is no fridge provided. Staff : friendly registration staff. Location : easy to find using google maps and ample parking space provided. Some of the complains 1) there is only one dustbin provided but it in toilet only. 2) pump eletric water heater - the water flow was very slow. 3) there is iron provided But it was located at storage room/ pantry room ( not sure what to call that room) - kind of uncomfortable to iron there because one of the male staff smoking & resting at that room thus it feels stuffy since I had history of asthma.

The service are above expectation !!! Good customer service & great night security that ensure that people feel safe & comfortable within car parks under GL hotel management. Booked 2 rooms for 10days business trip ! Highly recommend to all

Really bad Wi-Fi. I only stayed one night but hardly connected to the Wi-Fi. Front desk only said they would re-book the router but obviously no help. Supposed to have a choice of 2 connections but the other connection is missing. On the plus side the pillows are really firm and supportive so at least I had a good nights sleep.

Best thing is that they have ample parking spaces in front of hotel that are guarded. Rooms condition are OK although getting a little run down. Good enough for just an overnight stay.

Good hotel for short vacation. Near to all access at Kulai Town.

WiFi not strong. Iron with iron board can be place in every floor. Hotel staff can assist to arrange for Grabcar or taxi service

Clean room, toilet and comfortable bedding. The room includes a kettle which is great to stay hydrated in the local heat. Overall good experience.

Good service, good and convenience locations. And quiet place for rest.

The only thing i dont like is the water pressure. Too low.

I booked a double single room online and they gave me room that didn't have window so I requested a room with window but they said I needed to pay more [Rm47.5] and for that price they said that they'll give queen size bed and much bigger room so we added money[total rm133++ same price as the queen size bedroom ]but at last they still gave me double single bedroom with window i'll nevercome back again. Totally not recommend 👎waste of money
