Super recommended hotel to stay even leisure or business trip. My client stay at favehotel and they are very happy with hotel quality, services. Price has good, location was perfect no too crowded. Room was clean.

4 night here, facilities are okay, chicken menu every day until you get bored, pelayanan ramah.. what is requested is always fast, lain x menu sosis.. untk gorengan ny enak..

Visited October 2021, Not the best favehotel i have ever been to, the air conditioner not cool enough as i remember and when i check in they dont have non-smoking room available so they gave me the smoking room Besides the room review, the place is strategist because its near Mall SKA and Airport so its more cheaper price when im going to visit the Mall

I'm on business trip with kid. The room is clean and the staffs are great. However, they do not provide water heater for drink, so you are unable to boil water, they provide dispenser on the corridor but who will use it? So, it is troublesome for traveling with toddler. The room is clean, but sometimes even though mine is non smoking room sometimes I really can smell the smoke, and there is even guest smoke on the lift. The room is not so sound proof, I can hear people talking outside, on the corridor. The receptionist is kind and helpful, the security and bell boy is fine, and they also have bluebird taxi standing by outside the hotel, it is thoughtful though. What else? Ah food, I don't have the chance to try on the breakfast yet, Oh yes you also need Rp.100k deposit, and returned during your check out.

Mostly I have received in positive feedback and just a bit to get more improve this hotel such as provide gym, car shuttle and more varian menu thats more favors, as well as more intents about pest control, in my room had a lot of ants that eaten foods and sugar that being provided by Fave. I got room with twin bed 710. But it's okay for short notice booking. The fare is good for 3 Star hotel. Coffee, tea and hot jug available in the room. Partition between room and toilet using ice glass, it's something odd for me.

The room is good (Faveroom Plus), amenities are complete, has a hot water jar. Internet connection is slow, need improvement. The breakfast fairly good and varies, but the taste of food can be improve more. Thanks Favehotel Sudirman, Pekanbaru. See you in my future trip to Pekanbaru.

The best choices for the middle rate for quality hotel. Based on my experience the reservation online preferly. You can get price ranges until 100k IDR. The room are clean and comfort. And other hand needs to improve for parking area.

I think based on my experience the fave hotel in Pekanbaru is very good and strategically close from the airport to go to the mall not far, the service is good for the breakfast menu is very diverse.. so I suggest a 3 star and low budget class hotel, it's really recommended

Place's cool, clean, friendly staffs, price's worth it. Oh sh*t! I forgot to spesifically mention that I need a non-smoking room, I got my kids with me, and my parents too. So by default they just gave us any room available, which was a smoking room since the non-smoking rooms are all occupied. How can a smoking room have no exhaust and the window can't be opened? Then where should they breath out the st*pid smoke? Guess what? The entire room smelled like tobacco! OK, my bad. Should've paid more attention to this smoking non-smoking stuff. Oh yeah, they did offered to upgrade the room for IDR 75K per room per night for a non-smoking room. Would you take it if you were me?

I stayed here because I like the rooms in favehotel Jakarta. Room here is nice but can be improve. Room here do not have kettle to boil water and no coffee / tea sachets compare to Jakarta. One disappointing thing is when I came back to my room, I find 3 pieces of used pillow case cover on top of my luggage. Should also have more 3pin plug point for foreign visitor. Overall, its quite worth the money.

Grrat stay for the price. The room and facilities were all really clean and working well. The staffs were very helpful and accommodating. It was a pleasant and comfortable and relaxing stay.
