I had a dental treatment here, and in the beginning, everything seemed okay; I went there for my first consultation, and they explained the whole process and gave me a budget. Analyzing this budget, I thought it was good and decided to go with them. Then, in the middle of the process, I received a bill that was very pricey and seeing that I was just in the middle of my treatment, the statements already received were almost the same that the whole treatment was supposed to cost. I called them, and they told me that the first was a budget and this was a bill. "You don't know how to read?" They said I just wanted clarification because I know some things can be more or less, but this was a lot of difference. Then I concluded that they explained the whole process at the beginning, and only half of it was on the budget, which makes no sense at all. I don't like billing surprises. That's why I can't recommend them. Posted again - they complained with Google to take down my complain and other negative complaints

Sehr kurzfristig und unkompliziert konnte ich online einen Termin buchen. Die Praxis ist super modern und einladend. Auch die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend dadurch habe ich mich direkt wohl gefühlt. Überzeugt hat mich vor allem die Kompetenz des behandelnden Arztes. Das Ergebnis meiner Behandlung war perfekt. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und kann diese Praxis mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Couldn’t ask for more, well designed clinic and high hygienic standards that make you feel comfortable and take away your anxiety. They use very modern technologies and machines. Regarding my experience with them I had 3 appointments with Dr. Celine Sabet. Very professional, didn’t feel any pain throughout the whole sessions. Very good with communicating with patients and hearing out their needs and complaints and also the effort to explain the procedures. What an amazing work she did to my teeth. Also, the assistant was great, fast responses and really helpful. One thing they could improve which is the system of payment and billing. They need to be more clearer and well explained. Other that that, I would recommend this clinic to everyone.

Great experience here and I would highly recommend. The office is modern, equipment is modern, its possible to make appointments online and everyone is very attentive. Many of the staff speak english, which is helpful. I've not needed major dental work before so I don't know how prices compare, but they have been very upfront about costs so far and I feel I am getting what I pay for.

I must say the whole experience was 5 stars and the dentist and assistant were very professional and friendly. I was visiting Stuttgart from the United States an I was experiencing a bad tooth ache. I did a Google research and found this dental practice and decided to call and make an appointment. They got me in on the same day and the dentist did my root canal so fast I was amazed. I was in and out of the office in 30 minutes. I felt very comfortable because they all spoke english. If you are visiting from the US in the Stuttgart area I highly recommend making an appointment here if you have any dental issue or for cosmetic procedures.

Habe mich bei Zahnärzt*innen nie wohl gefühlt, ganz im Gegenteil. Hier ist aber alles anders. Ich fühle mich hier bestens aufgehoben. Das Team ist wundervoll - sehr herzlich und professionell. Und das alles noch in einem modernen Ambiente. Wirklich ganz toll! Besser geht’s nicht!

So I was here last week twice. Once for a PZR and another for a Zahnfleischkorrektur. PZR on Tuesday was super chill, no pain and I could see a MAJOR difference. On Friday I had scheduled the other procedure. Although they had some problems and I had to delay my Zahnfleischkorrektur to Saturday due to them, I am still extremely happy with the praxis. Dr. Mormer did my procedure and he was extremely professional. I did not feel any pain other than the anesthesia. It all went by in an hour and my teeth look now way bigger & prettier. Healing time also ok. I am so happy now and have my dream smile🥹 thank you!

Ich warte schon lange auf eine Rechnung. Ich muss sagen, dass sie ein blödes System haben, wenn es um Rechnungen geht. Deshalb möchte ich nicht mehr in diese Praxis gehen. Das Problem mit der Rechnung stresst mich.
