An einem Tag flatterten sogar bis zu drei mal die gleichen Rundmails ein, weil Mitarbeiter untereinander keine Absprache halten. Aber warum muss man sich es auch schwer machen und sich um eine ordentliche Rechtschreibung bemühen? Es gibt ja auch noch das Telefon! Da kann den teils unwissenden Mitgliedern nochmal schön „Honig um den Mund“ geschmiert werden. Mühe geben ist aber was anderes. Vorbereitung auf ein Kundenorientiertes Gespräch, Fehlanzeige! In dem man die (nicht rechtsgemäßen) Gutscheinlösungen vorschlägt, die vorher bereits ja mehrmals schon per Email kamen und die man ja auch mehrmals ablehnte, sowie alles andere nicht rechtskonforme was einem einfach verhängt wird....aber das wird ja nicht gelesen..... Denn man versucht es ja durch „Schmeichlerei“ am Telefon , was aber halt nicht immer und überall funktioniert. Und man möchte ja trotzdem weiterhin als Kunde Solidarität beweisen. Auf Anforderung an das Studio, man möchte den gesetzlichen Pandemiegutschein vollständig ausgefüllt, wird letztendlich nur ein leerer Gutscheinentwurf geschickt. Da fragt man sich, ob man sich eigentlich freiwillig als dumm verkaufen muss? Es ist auch nicht nötig, sich mit den aufgestellten Forderungen auseinanderzusetzen, alles wird ja nun auf die Wiedereröffnung geschoben. Auch wir hatten bereits die Bekanntschaft mit nicht gaaaanz so freundlichem Personal an der Kasse, aber für das kommt man ja nicht, man kommt zum Schwimmen. Die Coronaregeln werden hier auch eingehalten und es wird sich da wirklich Mühe gegeben. P.S : Natürlich kann es einem hier kälter vorkommen : Da steht ein großer Eisblock in der Mitte des Erlebnisbads ;). Sobald das wieder aufmacht wird man uns bestimmt auch wieder dort sehen.

We didn't feel the time at all. Everything is organized so well and it has a lot of thing to make the kids really have a great time . The waves , the slides , the thermal bad and everything just was a joy to be in

Fildorado offers a large and free parking area. The reception staff didn't provide much assistance during our first visit, and we had to navigate on our own. The changing rooms were comfortable and equipped with electronic locks. The saunas were enjoyable and adequately sized for hosting Aufguss sessions. Sauna hosts at Spa Center Filodoro conducted excellent Aufguss every half an hour. The pleasant aromas added to the relaxing atmosphere. Moreover, there were plenty of clocks placed throughout the facility, which helped us keep track of the timing for activities like the Aufguss sessions. The saunagarten is vast and enjoyable, and the sauna with a fireplace provided a delightful experience. Unfortunately, the staff in the bistro seemed gloomy and impolite. Additionally, we had a great time in the outdoor pool, which offered cool water, providing a refreshing sensation. The jacuzzi also had pleasant bubbles. Overall, we enjoyed our visit, however, I believe there is room for improvement, especially in terms of staff friendliness and assistance.

It's almost Christmas. This place was a treat for the kids. Indoor wave pool, lazy river pool, Three indoor slides, and indoor/outdoor mineral therm. It was empty. Three hours flew by. The lockers were sufficient. Skip the food. Bring a water bottle.
