This is a very nice store with a beautiful selection of clothing and accessories. I would have given them 5 stars if it were not for the lack of customer service. I came in wearing a sweatshirt so therefore I must have looked like I could not afford anything in this establishment. Looks can be very deceiving. I was not offered a beverage like the other potential clients. I was barely offered help at all. So disappointing.

Good selection and great customer service

Great service for men fashion in the second floor. You have to meet Marius, who is super helpful. e.g. I got a surprised card from Hugo Boss via post which tells me bring to the store and get it. It turns out the gift for me (from the list) I would like to select the Cap but the lady at receptionist told me No more, you have to wait till next year. Marius looked all storage and brought me the nice cap. This made my day! Thanks HugoBoss for great service and nice store in Stuttgart.

I have been a regular shopper here but when I visited on 20 March nobody was willing to assist me. I was the only shopper on the second floor with two sales associates, a man and a woman. This used to be such a wonderful experience going to the Boss store with such wonderful customer service. Unfortunately this is no longer the case.

Feel like a Boss

Simply elegant... A first store since I came to germany that have an okay customer service.

This is the largest Hugo Boss outlet in the world. I found 2 very handsome suits here for an excellent price.

People were friendly. Many new items were available in the store.

Good, pleasant and accomodating staff. And nice clothes of course.

Great service and truly a high end store! Employees were very helpful from the moment I entered the store until I checked out, and had quite a few transactions! Store was well stocked with really nice clothing pieces. The lady that helped me in the women department was extremely helpful and patient, despite being the only one working at that time. Also no issues at checkout, returned an online item and requested tailoring services. Would definitely return.
