I recommend safari travellers to visit this place atleast 1hrs in advance for ticket booking. There are limited seats depending on the vehicles available with them (Jeep/bus/boat). The ticket counter opens at the exact mentioned time and takes down the name and number of visitors and allocates Jeep/bus based on it.

Absolutely recommend a safari ride.. especially in the morning. The air is fresh and the jungle is beautiful. Even if you don't spot any animals...its a good one.. especially the lake inside the jungle is very good. Lots of birds to spot if you have the patience and so does the safari keep driver.

Actually there are no much animals. When we visited we have seen elephant from far, Crane, Bison and deers. That's it. It's better to visit a zoological park instead.

An experience of a lifetime. Saw Leopard, Indian Gaur, wild bore, spotted dear, an angry langoor, a group of elephant with a female eating with her baby, a tusker, sloth bear, Malabar squirrel and the sunset here was a beauty to behold. Came here as an unplanned trip, without any expectations and are leaving with so much more. Glad we decided to take this trip. Also, our homestay here was nearby at Jadhav homestay, hence, were able to close our day with amazing snacks and stargazing.

Just 3 jeeps and one bus available, even though the safari starts at 3:30 we were there at 2:45, still couldn't get tickets, very very limited rides, 1 in morning and another in evening, be there atleast 1 to 1:30 hours early there to book your ride. Very very expensive 600 per ticket.
