This
hospital
used
to
be
great
but
the
last
few
times
I
have
visited
with
my
wife
for
her
cancer
treatments
and
surgery
it’s
been
a
pain.
What
bothers
me
the
most
is
that,
you
ask
if
it’s
ok
for
you
to
wait
upstairs
for
your
loved
one
and
they
quickly
reply
yes
it’s
fine
but
yet
when
you
go
downstairs
to
grab
something
to
eat
or
you
step
out
to
make
a
phone
call,
when
it’s
time
to
go
back
up
everyone
says
no
you
can’t
be
waiting
upstairs,
you
have
to
wait
until
they
wheel
your
loved
ones
down
and
then
call
you.
I
don’t
understand
how
a
hospital
can
have
so
much
miscommunication
on
the
matter
of
waiting.
I
hate
it
very
much
because
when
they
do
tell
you
about
it
they
all
have
horrible
attitudes
and
look
at
you
with
faces.
This
hospital
definitely
need
to
get
there
act
together
on
the
matter
of
communication.
I
can
understand
if
your
loved
one
are
In
a
3-6
hour
surgery
but
for
a
surgery
that
is
only
an
hour
and
then
to
be
treated
with
such
attitude,
definitely
makes
you
not
want
to
come
to
this
hospital
anymore.
I
understand
that
COVID
is
a
problem
but
if
u
have
been
fully
vaccinated,
I
don’t
see
how
waiting
for
an
hour
is
really
a
problem.
Our
loved
ones
wake
up
from
surgery
expecting
to
see
there
partners
or
family
to
be
waiting
for
them
to
Comfort
them
through
scary
moments
and
this
hospital
is
just
stripping
them
from
that
comfort.
What
if
I
had
questions
for
the
doctor
to
ask
about
limitations
and
other
personal
things
that
I
see
or
have
questions
about??
I
can’t
ask
the
one
person
that
would
have
the
answers
because
I’m
getting
pushed
out
the
hospital.
Definitely
we
need
to
take
care
of
ourselves
and
others
but
this
hospital
just
doesn’t
know
how
to
treat
the
family
of
its
patients.
