Food was average. I got fettuccine Alfredo and my partner got a Cuban sandwich. 30$ for the alfredo with shrimp and 18$ for a pathetic little Cuban sandwich. The portions were small. It was so disappointing and we spent so much for something so average. There was nothing special about the food. It tasted the same as any other restaurant. Today was my birthday and we at least wanted to try it out and ended up just being disappointed. Never spent so much to stay hungry. On top of that you were supposed to be able to get a free slice of cheesecake for your birthday. THAT IS NOT TRUE. You need to be a part of the membership that no one tells you about. They don’t do anything for your birthday unless you PAY THEM to bring you a super tiny glass of ice cream? It’s no bigger than an egg cup. Hardly has anything in it and they just stick a candle in it. Don’t even sing happy birthday. And they charge for it? The Alfredo tastes the exact same at so many other restaurants. I would completely understand if it was made special or had something extraordinary but it was so basic and you don’t get full and the Cuban sandwich was slathered with mustard. Hardly any meat in it. You can’t even taste the meat because it’s all mustard and bread. The lemonade was super strong and tasted like powder lemonade from Walmart. I don’t think I’ll ever come back. Something special turned into a disappointment and a pathetic dinner.

Busy, busy busy location that handled the large group of patrons well and move through the waiting list quickly. (Reservations highly suggested) Arrived early and thr 10 minute wait turned into 5. Comfortable seating for 6 and the waitress handled my energetic sons (for their birthday) great! Tasty drinks and appetizers, cheesecake and 3 meals for under $200 great place to go to celebrate and you just need some cheesecake!

I went here for my birthday dinner last night. The waiter never acknowledged the fact that it was my birthday, nor did he ask what the occasion was for me being as dressed up as I was myself for dinner….. attention to detail is extremely important! The appetizer was GREAT (crab dip) The cocktails were GREAT (passion fruit margaritas) But my dinner was NOT! I got the steak Diane and shrimp scampi combination…. It was TERRIBLE! And cold! Lastly, any time I have ever went to Cheeecake Factory on my birthday I’ve always gotten the cheesecake of my choice as a special gift. The waiter came back and told me that the manager wouldn’t honor my birthday cake and I had to pay for it… ON MY BIRTHDAY! I literally had just overheard the waiter speaking to the table beside me about a birthday cheesecake……. It was a terrible experience ON MY BIRTHDAY! This location I would NOT recommend I still tipped him nicely though.

Had a very nice brunch experience. We were seated quickly (we were early on a Sunday morning). The server was a lovely person. Had the strawberry waffle and the chicken and waffles. The food was not bad but very average.

As always, dining in Cheesecake Factory is an amazing experience. Food quality and service is excellent. I recommend the skinny (low calories) menu, key lime cheesecake, Oreo cheesecake and Godiva Cheesecake.

Took alot for me to do this review because cheesecake factory is one of my favorite resteraunts. Well here goes. Came here 8 -6-2023 for my birthday. Ordered drinks 1st which took over 20 min to get after being seated. Once drinks arrived we ordered the nachos which also took forever to arrive. 30 min later we got it and the chicken on the nachos was cold and we found plastic baked in the nachos. Our server only gave us drinks, never returned for utensils or refills. The manager only offered to replace the nachos, no sincere apologies or anything. Worst cheese cake factory experience I've ever had.

We enjoy stopping here when visiting from Key West. My husband loves the Shepherd's Pie, and I appreciate trying out new and various items on their large menu...and I do mean large!!

I ordered something simple a Chicken Cesar Salad and I basically should have brought my own croutons, cheese, and dressing bc it was lacking all of that proportionally. Even the amount of chicken definitely seemed like the smaller size and not the bigger size like I ordered. I can't make this stuff look at the picture! The wet look on the lettuce is not dressing but from the lettuce being rinsed off/cleaned. Next time I'm just going to order lettuce and bring everything else for a Cesar Salad . And yes that was $24 and some change after taxes.

We went out to eat dinner here on a Friday afternoon around 4pm and did not expect the place to be crowded. The place did not look busy but it took a very long time to get our food. We started our order with roadside slider, they tasted okay but here not hot. I ordered the Thai chicken salad and the chicken was cold. I understand that it's a salad but the chicken was grilled and I expected it to be warm at least. My younger daughters split a pepperoni pizza, which my oldest enjoyed but my youngest found to be too spicy. I tried it and I could understand how someone could find the pepperoni to be a little spicy. My husband ordered the BBQ smokehouse burger and inhaled it in 2 second. He said that it was tasty and highly recommends it. I would have given this place a higher rating but the food took a long time to come out. We also never received any bread even though the waitress confirmed it with us. Also, I was put off by the menu that had crumbs all over it.

Everything was delicious. We were a party of 8 and Kelly took care of us spectacularly. We got our food quick and she was very attentive. Wait time was an hour but it’s expected for such great food. Worth it.

The Cheesecake Factory is what it is. The prices are fair, the food is satisfactory and the service is good - deteriorating slightly as the end of the day looms. Our server last night was good. Whilst his welcome and introduction was somewhat robotic, he was attentive, especially with my drink refill. Even before that last sip, a new glass was brought to the table. Similarly, aware that food delivery was painfully slow, he acknowledged the delay and assured us that our meals wouldn’t be too much longer. Having dined at various Cheesecake Factory restaurants across the country, including this one multiple times, my meal last night was my least favourite yet. The normally very good fish tacos were brought to the table cold. Having waited 20-25 minutes for my meal, and not prepared to wait for a replacement, I decided not to mention it, nor the fact that one piece of fish was broken in two and then obviously squished back together by kitchen staff. During our main courses, a server came over (not ours) and asked if she could take our candle away. Without waiting for a response, it was taken, and we were only part way through our meals. Admittedly, it was late in the day, but we were accepted into the restaurant, and so, quality food and a no-rush service should have been provided. It just isn’t fair to serve cold food nor to start dismantling our table ready for restaurant closing.

Really lovely service, friendly smiling and helpful. To be honest the wine I had was not great $10 for 6oz glass of Malbec which was so acidic I couldn't finish it. And the green beans had been shown boiling water for about 200 milliseconds. This is known as warm but raw in the trade. However that New York steak was cooked to perfection and amazing.

The menu is HUGE. It can be overwhelming honestly but the choices are endless. Everything from burgers to Thai and everything in between. Pictured is the spicy chipotle chicken pasta (lunch portion). It’s a very interesting flavor. First bite I didn’t know if I loved it, but after a few more I began to really enjoy it. It’s spicy but not to the point where it isn’t enjoyable. I would give it an 8/10.

Good service and the food portions are huge. Lots to choose from. The menu is pretty big. The restaurant is clean and of course they have an amazing cheesecake selection.

we went for happy hours for the first time, they are from 4-6pm but only in the bar area, no reservations, no seating, it's a small area, get ready for waiting. We were lucky to get the table fairly fast but then it took 15 min to get someone to clean the table and finally noticed us. Despite all of this our waitress was super nice and the bar menu was really tasty, good priced drinks.

The place is great, the guys have excellent service, I like the food more and more! The desserts are crazy and super delicious. You can go alone, with family and friends, the place has something for everything

A great time every time. We had the pleasure of Giselle or Gigi attending us and she’s wonderful. Quick and effective! One of the best servers I’ve had! The service was great and even on a busy Saturday afternoon we got our food quickly. Love them !

The Cheesecake Factory at Dadeland Mall was just as it was expected to be - Fabulous! They have an extensive menu, full of yummy appetizers, salads, entrees, sandwiches, pastas, and, of course- desserts! We had, and fully recommend, the warm crab dip and ahi tuna nachos appetizers- they were delicious! The factory chpped (appetizer) salad was huge and super tasty, and the fish in and chips entree were so big and juicy! Do I have to mention how good the CHEESECAKE was? Well, it was better than VueScan anywhere else, of course. (And our son retracted his statement of not liking cheesecake) One more thing- we got there around 530 or so (on a busy weekday) which sends life the perfect time to go for dinner- we totally beat the crowd😉

We really enjoyed our dinner. The Buffalo wings were exceptional. All the other dishes were very good as well. There is room for improvement with the kids menu though as the french fries were nothing special. An excellent restaurant like this one should improve the kids menu. There was bo room left for cheesecake though!

I had the crab wontons which were amazing 👏 😋, passion fruit margaritas 🍹, jambalaya and a slice of chocolate mousse cheese cake to go.

I visited this restaurant (Dadeland location) with 3 friends yesterday so that we could eat during the happy hour special. The area set aside for happy hour customers was not accessible to one member of our party (she uses a wheelchair). She could not sit in the high-top bar area and the remaining areas in that section were too tight for her wheelchair to get through. We were advised that we could sit in a booth outside and the happy hour would be honored so we sat out there. A bit later we were advised that we would have to sit inside in the area that was not going to be accessible to our friend. We asked to speak to the manager, he came over 15 minutes later, and leaned on our friend's wheelchair like it was his personal property instead of her medically necessary equipment. He told us the same thing and would not honor the happy hour special, stating that the person inside would not come out to our table. We just wanted FOOD. Not drinks. We had been there 25 minutes at that time, and we were hungry. We instead chose to leave and dine at Earls located in the same mall, where they happily provided us with a seating option that accommodated our friend. The manager and the male waiter at this cheesecake factory location were rude and insensitive, stating that the area was accessible (to them I am sure it is). We will never return to this location.

First, I would like to say that our server, Kellie K was phenomenal. She was very helpful, reviewing the menu and giving suggestions. Her personality was wonderful and was always smiling. The issue was that part of my chicken breast was not fully cooked and pink and I believe I ate part of it. The manager was very nice and took the Thai salad off our bill. Regardless, it’s inexcusable to under cook chicken to such a severe degree and they should’ve taken a picture. The food was OK overall outside of my raw chicken breast.

Went to celebrate my husband birthday. Fast Service, Appetizer was nachos it was hard not crunchy and tortillas were sticky. Main dish was good and drinks aswell. Bread serving was lacking evwrything else was fine.

We went for 5th grade graduation dinner for our grandson. We were a party of sixteen people. Waiting for a table took much longer than we were told. Once seated we ordered drinks. Server came and asked if we wanted another drink. She delivered our second drinks but did not remove empty glasses from the table. 🧐 I had the Chicken Bellagio, good flavor but it was barely warm. Took half of it home wanted to leave space for cheesecake! We shared Godiva Chocolate Cheesecakes. Overall service was mediocre, our waiter was not very attentive. Maybe she was overwhelmed serving a large crowd. The floor was slippery, I slipped twice in the front area heading to the bathroom good thing I was wearing platform shoes in lieu of stilettos which helped me from falling!!!

Cheesecake factory. You pay for the ambience and maybe the cheesecake but the food itself is average at best, but definitely over priced. 18 for a cuban sandwich and 30 for alfredo with shrimp. Never payed so much to stay hungry, check the portions yourself and tell me if they seem fair. Had they tasted exquisite or special the price would be reasonable, but considering how ok the food was, and the portions, they are out of their minds. The plus are great ambience and kind customer service. The prices are ridiculous and their very small portions leads me to believe they pocket a lot of money. Come here if you want to buy overpriced average food in a good looking restaurant.

I ordered curbside pickup and after waiting 20mins I called the number listed in the curbside area. I was then informed that I needed to come in to pickup my order because they were short staffed. No problem, but once I opened my order after checking into my hotel I was sadly disappointed. I ordered the chicken Parm sandwich and I was given the smallest chicken cutlet that had been burned with barely any marinara sauce. I immediately called the restaurant and asked for a manager where I held the line for 35mins before hanging up.

LONG…. Wait for food, same s a couple weeks ago, but this time besides the LONG wait for food, we got an irrelevante waiter and hair in our food, which he disregarded once told. Consumer be ware, you might be eating more than just your food. Just glad for all the other food selections in the mall. We will not be returning

An American staple. Everybody has to eat here at least once in their life. A big menu with equally big portions! The picture is of the 'skinnylicious' menu, chinese salad. You will not go hungry here. If you can save room for a cheesecake, you'll not be disappointed. GO HUNGRY!

The menu is very diverse and has many options. Service from Pamela was superb. I spoke to one of the chefs Max in passing.....awesome staff all around. I will definitely be back with my family again. Atmosphere was great .

I love Cheesecake Factory. They have good food, big portions and huge menue variety and the prices are very ok too. This location is really big. They have a deck and an outdoor sitting too . Food tasted good. The only negative comment is that It didn’t feel clean. It could be that is always very busy but still they must do their best to keep it very clean. It’s a restaurant at the end of the end 💥

We visited on Mother's day (05/08/22). We had a nice time and enjoyed our food. The only problem we had was our waiter seemed to always be in a rush. He need to find another job because I'm sure one of his roles is to be attentive to the customers and due to that he forgot one of the cheesecakes we order which delayed us..smh Hope we never ger him again.
