I
took
my
car
charger
to
Verizon
because
it
wasn't
charging
my
phone
anymore.
I
didn't
have
the
charger
for
more
than
a
year.
When
I
was
told
that
I
damaged
the
charger,
I
felt
like
it
was
an
insult
on
my
intelligence.
Why
would
I
damage
my
own
car
charger?
I
was
not
given
another
one
unless
I
purchased
it.
That
was
not
going
to
happen
because
I
didn't
damage
the
charger.
I
even
told
the
employee
who
waited
on
me
that
I
didn't
damage
the
car
charger.
I
was
told
by
the
store
manager
that
if
he
gave
me
another
charger,
he
would
have
to
put
down
why?
And
because
he
didn't
want
to
justify
the
real
reason
for
not
giving
me
a
new
charger.
I
left
and
went
to
Walmart
and
got
a
new
charger
and
PAID
LESS.
I
feel
that
I
got
an
even
better
car
charger
because
it
doesn't
have
the
curly
cord.
The
one
I
got
from
Walmart
is
EXACTLY
WHAT
I
WANTED.
Verizon
at
that
location
will
never
have
to
worry
about
me
anymore.
That's
the
second
time
I've
been
misled
by
an
employee
at
Verizon.
When
I
purchased
a
new
phone.
I
was
asked
by
the
employee
if
I
would
like
an
Ultra
phone.
When
I
was
shown
by
the
employee
what
the
Ultra
phone
looked
like,
I
said
yes.
Believing
the
employee,
I
did
not
get
an
Ultra
phone.
My
son
purchased
something
for
Ultra's
phone.
That's
when
I
realized
I
didn't
have
an
Ultra
phone.
Personally,
I
don't
trust
anyone
at
that
Verizon
on
the
corner
of
SW
117th
and
Kendall.
