I just wish the gas station was easier/ smoother to get gas. We can’t use the app to scan our membership. Usually they only have one attendant for the entire gas station so if one member is paying cash and the attendant is helping someone at the pump we are forced to wait. The lines should be controlled by attendants like Costco does

This is sometimes money saver, especially for big families or bussines, organized but not much help on the field. They're more on lost prevention than customer services.

In this shopping center you will find BJ and Goodwill superstore and group of vendors that sells all kinds of jewelries and a barber shop and Japanese restaurant. Only two major Company Store and very little small retail store.

Love Bj's , never a dull moment! Always find what I want and more. Just wish the gas station area was bigger.

The gas station needs a facelift. The ceiling is so rusty. When it rains you get wet anyway. No point in having a roof. It looks like it's about to collapse on you while pumping gas 🥵🥵

Always use the curbside pickup! Order online what you need and nothing else! Had my stuff in 5 minutes!!

This plaza gets flooded so easily, and those that go to purchase gasoline at the BJs block parking spaces and block others from leaving the parking in front of Bank of America. The parking is well lit at night and the shops are decent.

The curbside delivery service is fantastic. Order at home and set a time and date for pickup. Get there and tap the app to let them know you've arrived and in less than 10 minutes your order will be placed on your trunk. Fantastic.

It's the greatest the prices are good. There are very few personnel that walk the floors to help you though you have to go all the way up to management to get someone to get something off. The shelf for you. There are just aren't a lot of employees that are working the floor to help the people but the good thing is. They have plenty of electric scooters and people in such a big store after age. 40 might need a scooter and they are really helpful. They keep a mall working and in tune and I appreciate that.

This is my go to BJ’s and goodwill since it’s very close to my house. They also have a variety of small businesses including a hair Cuttery and a sushi restaurant. The gas at BJ’s is very cheap. There is also a Bank of America. The only concern is that you need to be a member to enter the Bjs.

Loaded with really good restaurants. No matter what you want to eat, it's there. Chinese/Dim Sum, authentic Mexican, delicious Salvadoran, fantastic Peruvian, etc. Amazingly, this little strip mall has more than its share of good restaurants. It also has the best Dollar Tree within miles.

The produce is rotten and the shelves are empty. I dont know whats going on but I'm going to ask for a membership refund. I've been a member for over 15 years and never have I seen bJ this empty. It looks like its going out of business

Good for big families but ALWAYS READ THE EXPERATION DATES many items are close to expiration dates and because its in bulk make sure you will use the items right away

I use this place to shop for things like bread, (2 large loaves of bread for the price of 1 at your standard grocery store), large container of coffee for half the normal price, and a lots more items

Overall shopping experience and customer service was great, however, I left the store sometime around 9:30pm only to find the parking lot pitch black. No lights what so ever. Definitely didn't feel safe shopping at night.

Decent Goodwill there. I am not a member of BJ's so I do not go there other then the Goodwill. The Goodwill has had some items that I have purchased for Re-Selling. I really do not complain about customer service unless it was bad. All the employees seem very nice - again if you do not know Spanish you might find 1 person there to help you. The male manager was very rude. He was so rude to me that if he worked most days I would never step foot there again. If they got rid of him it would be a 5 star Goodwill.

I LOVE BJs. Fantastic people, great prices. Great return policy, great selection, it's all GREAT. I am constantly surprised with new items. Convenient, plenty of parking. Fill up your cart, then go fill up the car. See ya at BJs😊👍🦋
