The place is nice, with some kind of disorganization and misinformation starting with the waiters and ending with Security personal, very nice, very professional and respectful guys, they explained to us that to get inside was 50 for each of us, covering with those 4 drinks, but when we went in, to be able to use a table was 600. Then the boys gave us back the money and then to be able to sit outside we asked at least to three waiters because each of them said something different. The drinks good, the Tequeños really really good and the Tostones as well, nice presentation both the drinks and the food. The service 3 stars, but that happen when the tip is included in the bill, most of the time you will never had an extra effort from the waiter when they already have for what they work, ignoring sometimes they can get an extra tip doing that extra effort.

Did not even go in. Stopped by the door on a Saturday night. The place was almost empty. They told me the cover was 40 for guys and included 3 drinks but since I was wearing shorts it was $60. They wanted to charge $30 for my girlfriend including 1 drink. I laughed at them and turned around. No wonder the place was almost empty. Way too much money when customers have several options right next to them. Will not even go back again. Not a good way to attract customers. Good luck with such business model.

The place has a nice atmosphere, the waiters on the other hand are not, the tip is added by themselves to 20% and the drink is outrageously expensive, blue martini the club next door is definitely much better! It was my first time and the last time I will go again.

Don't waste your time on this hole in the wall place. They wanted to charge us 50 each to enter an empty bar not even a night club.. This is a bar that fits like 20 people inside. Like was this a joke?????? No wonder its an empty bar. I just laughed.. Down the corner you heve Tap42 and Martini bar with great music..

At the door we are told $20 for girls and $30 for guys to get into the "club" but the outside is "free" We made payment "cash & zelle" we go in BBUUTT we are now told "we cant sit unless we purchase a bottle price of $200" It waa E M P T Y ! Only person inside was the bartender. We come outside explain to the guy who toke our money for a reimbursement so we can just sit outside but was told NO. The "supervisor" walks over and replys NO! And tells us we can sit outside and pay the difference of the bottle from inside........ SAVE YOUR MONEY & TIME DON'T COME! TO GET SCAMMED! & PAY ADDITIONAL

For me it's just a star, but some guys were nice: PRO -The guy at the door was clear about the price of coverage and his options. -The bartender outside was also kind at the time of preparing his drinks. CONS - The music is too loud, maybe if you don't mind your ear, you'll be fine. - The guy who play for the drums, was the worst part. He thinks he's John Bonham or something. Thanks to him I had to go out into the street. - The interior space is too small, I DO NOT recommend from my point of view that you pay 20 dollars to be inside, you will not be in that place with 100 people touching you all the time because it is not space to move. It was not a good experience for me and my friends.

I went last night, hoping to have a good time and instead it was a nightmare. At first I was told a price for a table so since it was so early I waited outside and got some drinks and when I requested the VIP table inside the price went up for up to 250 more. The waitress told me it was a mistake from the guy in front! And then inside after I paid 560 for a table they wanted to get me out because I didn’t want to order another bottle I was getting drinks from the bar!! I asked for a manager but they keep coming with a different excuse! Horrible experience, totally waste of money and time. I would never go back!

Door: like any other tucandela there is always a drama at the door to try to up-sale bottles or just the cover! Inside: kind of cozy and sounds is good! Ambience: ambience is local

Everything is good besides a bartender because I asked for seltzer water from fount and he denies it even do I told my friend was thirsty he was obligating me to buy when the bar use regular water or club soda he still de Ty.. I asked him for his name and he denies so my question is first I can’t get water and I’m not able to know the name of the person who serves my drinks .. so who I’m going to thrust when I will serve my drinks just saying ! Don’t like not good the guy personally I think he will mess up the beautiful time anybody can have in this place

Wow I’m reading the reviews and it seems there is a pattern here . HORRIBLE disrespectul ratchet service . Have never been treated so terribly. Like many reviews stated… I was also threatened . They wanted to call the cops because I wanted to send the drinks back . They were AWFULLLLLLL … I didn’t drink them and refused to pay and they insulted me, threatened me with police and ultimately told us we were banned from the location .. ha ha ! Banned ? We wouldn’t ever return to this trash establishment again .

A nice little vibe on a Sunday night. I was lucky to have been able to find it open after attempting to go Tap 42 and Ocean One and finding out they were just about to closed. I still made a good night of it but the DJ needs to make up their mind on the Music volume as they would randomly crank it up and turn it down... 😂 lol

This place is just all talk and fake IG the outside is all empty the drink still suck. A lot of cuban music not a variety. Don’t get fooled it’s all fake advertising this place not as good as they make you think it is.

Luis naranja this guy needs a promotion or a raise this guy knows what a team leader is all about and understand what customer service is honestly i feel so amazing and well atendended thanks to him and going the extra mile i can’t explain how helpfull he was after my el waitress was unhelpful and i spend around 1,300 on a vip thankyou luis

This place attracts you with the beautiful woman; however please note they don’t give you any water, a bottle of VOSS water cost $10 . This is outrageous.

They were suppose to open their doors at 8 got there on a first date to show him the great music and layout of the place and were told they weren’t open , returned at 9 and we were still not allowed in. Felt very uncomfortable and feel it was incredibly horrible service. The girl by the outside bar didn’t even smile and was on her phone. Not sure yet if I will return. However if this type of service keeps up I am sure they will not last. Especially with Blues great service next door

I fell for the trick we went in paid 40 to go in thinking inside was big so we can get a lil corner for me and my wife and the place is super small and super awkward no place to stand with your drink unless you get a table 👎

We came here Saturday to celebrate my birthday it turned out to be the biggest mistake that completely ruined my night, the waitress Daylin has a horrible nasty attitude she should really consider finding a new job and stop ruining peoples fun with her miserable personality . She overcharged us for everything we ordered a picada that was $60 according to the menu she charged us $80 we ordered mixed drinks that the menu said $12 she charged $13 what kind of business allows their customers to get scammed like this? We ordered one round of drinks and the tasteless picada grabbed the check and left almost $200 to be treated like garbage the waitress couldn’t stop rolling her eyes at everything we asked and couldn’t explain why we were charged more. Scammers!! Wouldn’t set foot in this place ever again.

I went to this establishment on Thursday, not only they did not have WATER yet they were still open for service and selling food. I can’t imagine how this place looks inside. Cooks and staff can’t wash their hands. This is illegal. As I customer not being able to wash my hands or flush the toilet was absurd..
