I went to the mall looking for some luggage for my grandmother. I stopped by this place first. The sales associate Andreina helped me find a suitcase on wheels for a great price. The quality of bags here is much better than the discount stores. The staff is also very friendly...especially Andreina. I would recommend this place.

Rught when I went into the store I was greeted very nicely by an employee Andreina, I didn't really know anything but she showed me around I got the perfect luggage for me. Really good and helpfull employees :)!

Amazing staff helped me choose the right size for my trip. I do suggest splurging on something a bit more expensive so you can get the quality you need for the kind of travel you are doing.

This place is horrible, I felt robbed, as I purchased a pink voyage luggage for about $210 for Italy, packed the same night, and the next day as we were about to leave the house the wheel fell off. I had to fit my stuff into two small Carry on’s while Uber waited outside to head to airport. Never shopping here again! NOT RELIABLE!
