My husband and myself have been visiting Fox Medical Center for many many years. We love that the staff is friendly and Dr Atkins and Dr. Kevin Fox are excellent providers. Both have excellent communication, they listen to their patients. They accommodate our needs and are very caring. We highly recommend. Also a plus is that they have a laboratory there for bloodwork, EKG and x-rays. It’s great help to do everything in one place instead of running around to different offices and making other appointments elsewhere. We love this practice it’s Awesome.

There is not enough room here to express the dissatisfaction I have experienced here. My wife had a similar experience on her last visit. Maybe Dr. Kevin Fox might want to consider making his patient appointments even if his waiting room has a 2+ hour wait that cuts into his time playing policeman! He might also consider having English speaking patients being tended to by English speaking Doctors! If someone makes an appointment that includes a chest x-ray, the x-ray technician should be scheduled to be in the office during said appointment. I am still in awe that the P.A. was renewing my prescriptions before a doctor did any evaluation to see if any changes needed to be made. That was a 3 1/2 hour waste of time for an simple annual physical that was to include a chest x-ray.

Nora, the ultrasound tech, saved my baby’s life. Needed the ultrasound to confirm my body had not completely miscarried a pregnancy on its own so I would need to go to the hospital for a D & C. However, Nora noticed the sack was still in my body but after close inspection she notices the sack was not broken and she ordered me to do a urine test immediately. Sure enough, I was pregnant! My baby is 19 months old now. Tee are thankful for Nora. Thank you Nora.

When finally somebody appeared they had made an appointment for another physician, not a dentist. The manager came in and they told me they were going to see me right away. I've been coming to Fox Medical Centers for various years. However, recently, I learned that they will charge you a copay to simply provide you with the results of your annual checkups. Unfortunately now they have a new administration which has completely changed the service for the worse. Today my waiting time to see the nurse practitioner was over one hour and to get blood work, EKG and Xray over three hours. Here are some reasons why this clinic is still worth it: Some doctors are excellent (ask for Dr. Fox). It’s convenient that they have their own pharmacy and lab onsite. Very flexible scheduling and easy to get an appointment. Multiple waiting rooms so you can be comfortable while you wait.

The office is classy and clean, the staff is outstanding, they’re very officiant at getting you in and out, they make you feel comfortable and the Doctors are beyond amazing. Unlike most doctors they actually take the time to know you and aren't insensitive. Besides their good practice they’ll have you coming back with their personality as well! I’m rating 4 stars because Dr. Zambrana is great and I love that she takes her time with you and explains everything in detail. I like that I can get my bloodwork done there also. The front desk staff and those that answer the phone when you call need some retraining. They are a bit rude and it seems as if you are bothering them.

They tried numbing my mouth 3x and the dentist would start drilling and it felt like they put nothing it was so painful. My daughter did cry because she was a bit scared but they handled her very well and was able to get x-rays and do what they needed to do.
