Good doctors but read other reviews, staff is not good at all, they overcharged me for 2 visits, February and March. They posted a refund, it is June and I still haven't received it. All they can say is that I have to talk with the billing department, I have 3 months talking with the billing department and I don't receive my money back.

I went to Coral Gables to see Dr. Liam McCarthy. Please do not go to see this doctor. He examined me quickly and asked me to go for therapy. I am telling him I am in pain. This doctors not good at all. He was very quick and fast to get me out of his office. I even told him I had a problem before had to go to urgent care.

I was very scared at the beginning but once all the concerns were covered, I decided to go for the surgery...its been almost two months the healing is going fantastic, of course this depends on each person, no neck stiffness, mild pain that is going away slowly...

The doctors and therapists are great! but the staff.... there is around 15 people in the main office they spend most of their time chatting away with each other. I feel like they do not know what they are doing. If you try to call them hold time was long but improving. If you correct one of the medical billing or administrative assistants on their mistakes they give you attitude. Its like they do not want to do what they are being payed to do. Honestly the doctors should step up and fire some of the staff. They are costing their patients time and money with their lack of competence

This has to be the most unprofessional staff I have ever witnessed. The staff will not answer the phone and if they do, they place you on hold for 20 minutes and then hang up on you. They don't bother to follow up with you when you are injured. It took two months and me having to show up personally to get my prescription sent to the rehabilitation center. Don't bother with this place.

Dr. Pino is an excellent doctor, but the staff is horrible. I called several times and left messages regarding my prescriptions. They never answer the telephone nor call you back. Someone finally answered the phone and she was very rude and unprofessionally. As of 31 Oct 2019, I have not received my medication. Customer service is horrible. This facility does not deserve one star. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Corces today. Dr. Corces is supposed to be an expert in treating hip problems. I met Dr. Corces to discuss my diagnosis of AVN. All of the medical journals discuss the various surgical options for a person with AVN before a collapse (e.g core decompression etc.) Dr. Corces did not discuss any of these options with me. To my surprise, Dr. Corces told me he had no recommended treatment for the problem. I have never met a doctor that had NO recommended treatment. Very disappointing. I would not recommend this "doctor" to anyone.

I was recently, 12/24/2015, operated by Dr Rash and the outcome so far have exceeded all of my expectations. This Dr is a Rock Star from his surgical expertise and mechanics to his bedside manner. Highly recommend him to anyone that needs back surgery.

Do not waste your time going to this office. They’re rude and sent me back to work in pain. Explained that I’m dealing with a lot pain and limitation at my jobs. They wouldn’t help fill out a form or report my job my situation. Waste of time and money.

My family's knee op went well but have not been able to schedule the follow up session and they don't call. Seems that they don't care eitger

Dr. Amar Is the most unethical doctor that I have ever met in my life he sent me to do an MRI right the radiologist read it came back with the results and he say is a lie I give them one star Because I can’t give him zero

Not the Kendall office but I bet is the same, I went to the Coral Gables office. What a chaos that is. The only nice person is the elderly man that walks patients in. Horrendous. Doctor is a 5 second doctor, no communication, no sympathy, no instructions no nothing. He doesn’t take his time to engage in a conversation or the patient to ask questions. It’s a nightmare, and all the patients waiting outside are complaining of the inefficiency of everyone there. Spare yourself If you need a real orthopedic doctor.

Dr. McCarthy is phenomenal! I had 2 multi level spinal fusions(lumbar & cervical), done at University of Miami. Doc, helped my recovery when all I wanted to do was literally die. He kept me motivated and was looking at every possible treatment and process. Elsa, his office person was also great. If you can wade through the high traffic of the office and people who are absolutely unreasonable he is the Doc you want. Great nurses as well. They don’t get to pick the patients so don’t hold the waiting room against the staff.

Great experience with Dr. Amar Rajadhyaksha and his staff. After discussing all of my options and deciding surgery was the best course of action, Dr. Rajadhyaksha answered any questions I had and assuaged any fears I had about the procedure. The day after the surgery it was clear to me the procedure was a success. I would highly recommend Dr. Rajadhyaksha to anyone experiencing neck or back pain.

Although everyone that worked at this doctors office seemed to be professional there was a serious lack of urgency when it came to time management. I walked in for my appointment at 1:45 and did not get seen by the provider until 3:50 . Once seen by the provider it seemed like he was in a rush when over looking MRI/X-ray results.

After being a patient of Dr Amar for over 2 years, the Dr's respect for my needs with providing the care and clarity every step of he way, I am now 3 months post surgery of a lumbar fusion and I couldn't have been happier with my results and the continued great progress!!! A true Doctor that puts patient care and respect above all is hard to come by & im blessed I found you Dr Amar!!!

My mother has been a patient for several years now and has been treated by Dr. Pino (knee specialist), Dr. Font-Rodriguez (shoulder specialist) & Dr. Balaguer (hand specialist). She has visited their Kendall office as well as their Coral Gables office. Everyone we have come across at both locations has been very professional and helpful. The doctors & medical staff that have treated my mother have been nothing but compassionate with good bedside manner. Marina & Betty have been wonderful in providing assistance with having the doctors sign off on additional paperwork needed for my mother's short term disability on more than one occasion as well as promptly scheduling surgery dates & prompt follow-ups. Melissa has also been instrumental in getting needed treatment approved through my mother's insurance. When going to your first appointment, make it a point to find out the name of the person who directly assists your doctor, and keep that contact information on your phone, this should solve any issues when needing to reach the doctor directly. I do agree that at times the wait to be seen even with an appointment can take long, but most doctor offices don't see patients on time anyway. We try to book really early appointments if we can for convenience. Please note that any of their offices will not see you without an appointment, unless there happens to be a sudden cancellation which is not very common. I have seen numerous walk-ins get so upset and even throw tantrums when the front office lets them know that they cannot be seen.
