    My husband and I came into this store for a washer and dryer. We spent a lot money and wanted to get a TV for our daughter. The TV on display was a Roku smart TV marked at 108. We go to the register and it rings up to a different price. My husband proceeds to show the customer service cashier were the TV was and the marked price . He agreed to mark the price down to what was displayed, but the manager on duty refused. The manager actually went back to the display and acted as if the TV wasn't displayed at that price. He had a staff member remove the TVs as if they were never there, so that he couldn't honor the price. He proceeded to argue that we were wrong. As we marked put the TV there. I will never step foot into this store again. My husbands and I just bought a home and needed more for it, but I'd rather take my money elsewhere. You can take my money, but you can't admit that your staff messed up and then try to cover it up and belittle your customers.

    Just came to return a $13.88 clearance item that I bought at the store in Cutler Bay two days ago. Customer Service told me that I could not return this item at this store because it’s not where I originally bought it. What if I had bought it at a Brandsmart out of town???? This is why I prefer to buy at BEST BUY!!!!

    It's BrandsMart. I walked past and around 5 or 6 of their floor people that were talking, looking for a mouse. No one paid any attention until I asked for help. She showed me and left. Then a couple of minutes later someone else came and offered to help, now as I was choosing, I felt pressured with her standing there and commenting. They have good merchandise and good prices but not so good customer service.

    Worst customer service experience ever! 1.5 month waiting for a warranty repair on my washer and dryer, God forbid you miss their phone call, they re-schedule you 15 days down the road automatically, all these good reviews are probably incentivized or paid, I leave a screen shot of the real reviews, they have a 1.7 score. I also called the corporate office and they say they have nothing to do with warranty repairs! they are done through a 3rd party so they do not take any responsibility. in other words, once they take your money, they do not stand behind what they sell.

    Very good prices on some of the items I was after. I ended up getting a printer for $50 lower than all other retailers I visited in person and also cheaper than the top online retailers too. They also had some baskets with $2.88 Bluetooth speakers and other nice deals. There is an open box table with nice discounts too. They had less selection on the printers than I expected, but enough quality ones that I walked away with one that I love, so can't complain too much about that. The one thing that does bother me is the employees walk up to you after you already chose an item on your own and hand you a ticket to bring to the register so that they get commission on the sale when they didn't really help you at all. Other employees can be helpful, it's just that some do that shady tactic, kind rubs me the wrong way. Overall though it's a great place to get deals on your electronics. They also have a toy section and huge kitchen section upstairs. I will shop there again soon after this successful visit.

    so impressed with their service!!! i just came from best buy where all the employees were ignoring the costumers... so coming here was a very pleasing surprise. EVERYONE, from the moment they greeted us in to the salesman to the exit, literally EVERYONE was super nice and attentive with great knowledge. BM just gained a new loyal costumer! 😁😁 super happy with my experience, thank you !!!

    If you're looking to purchase a TV, ask for Arnaldo Torres! He was so knowledgeable and friendly, and took the time to answer any questions we had and explain the entire process. Truly went above and beyond for us. Very pleased with the level of attention and service we received from him. Thank you Arnaldo!

    Worst customer service. They just are good when trying to sell whatever even if it does not meet the specs. After all issues they just stop answering. Specially the sales representative Ernesto Flores and the store manager who is never on site or unreachable. I lost almost 2 thousand dollars just because of their way of doing business. Their customer service is as cheap as their products.

    The customer service was great I went to buy a microwave Gino's Gamberini had so much patience with me and he help me choice the best microwave and the cashier Darren Blount he was amazing he explained in details how to receive my rebate!!

    Nightmare at Brandsmart USA – Dadeland In need of a basic computer monitor, while searching online, I found a Westinghouse 22” Monitor on sale at Brandsmart -Dadeland. Thinking it will be faster and to ensure item availability at time of pick up, I ordered and paid for the item online on July 12, 2023. BIG mistake! Brandsmart ordering system proved to be unreliable and the responsible personnel very incompetent. Despite having received an email confirmation stating “Order Ready For Pickup”, once at the store on July 13, 2023, the order appeared in the system, but the item was yet to be found in the area of Returns, where deliveries take place. Not only did I have to wait for about 40 min. to take the “paid” monitor, the Store Manager of Returns area Manny Orozco, had the audacity to go to the control room to view cameras to determine who had picked up the merchandise I had ordered and paid for. Shame on you for such poor customer service and inexperienced personnel. Trying to fix your mess at my expense, instead of solving my problem created by you! Manny did not even apologize nor try to satisfy me for wasting my time unnecessarily, instead, sent another employee to ultimately face me and hand me the monitor. This is why most retail stores are suffering a decline in sales, through Amazon, you avoid having to deal with such inept salespeople.

    It's a small one, so if you're going to get something specific I wouldn't recommend it. But if you're getting like a speaker or sound system and you're not picky, this is a good place. Everything is labeled and organized, just a small selection.

    Definitely not the place to go buy and appliance. And most certainly not online. They won't refund 100% if the appliances don't work as expected. The delivery doesn't include installation like they said. This business has a terrible sales support. I had to wait one hour to talk to a rep on the floor.

    Friendly staff. Helpful clean store. Loved that the csr made the effort to talk to me in english, which made me make the effort to speak spanish, for all us non-hispanics. Only gave 3star because of unavailability of item and wayyyyyyyy tooooo LOUD music playing instore

    There so so. The staff in front were earbuds are not that helpful. Young people need to learn as I did in life do not judge a book by its cover. You don't know who is who and how much there willing to spend.

    I’m not sure if I probably passed by on the wrong date at the wrong time, but the customer service at this location is heavily lacking. I carried a heavy box of an item I wished to buy. I waited for some time at the sales kiosk to find out if I should pay there or somewhere else. I waited my turn to ask since the salesman was speaking with another customer. After he was done with the customer, the salesman just walked away from me and he never acknowledged me to even ask me if I needed any help even though I had been standing in front of him for twenty minutes. As he walked away, I asked him if I could pay for the product and he dryly told me to go downstairs. I waited twenty minutes for a rude salesman while five other salesmen were talking about their girlfriends and their gripes about how much more money they wished they could be making. Boy, this place is a joke and this is why I’m not returning again. The lack of customer service in this town is very prevalent, however, there are still many other options to choose. I highly recommend you find another place to shop for your appliances. Two thumbs down 👎👎

    Love this place! It's a bit of a "has everything madhouse" but that's what makes it great. Great selection, great prices, helpful staff. I buy most of my electronics at Brandsmart. If it plugs in, i buy it here

    Our dishwasher came dented and we didn’t realize it until we opened the box. But luckily we contacted customer service and spoke to Melissa who helped us out tremendously! She was very kind and understanding. We’re super grateful for her willingness to help us out in swapping out our appliance!

    Anytime that I go I just got problema with my PC... and you have to fight if you want a refund. I like after you purchase something algo good after that if there is something wrong you have too spent too mucho time waiting for you new device or for a refund of course after someone comes to convince you to keep the products. They do offer this confidence of you leaving with a brand new device if something goes wrong. Algo guys read the bill about the political refund or agreement. A good point the sales persons are always nice. Just watch out they always want to add something to your purchase.

    Just go to Best Buy!!! Stay Away From BrandsMart. I've been told many times not to go to BrandsMart. That they sell B class products they pick up from the manufacturers, that's why they have low prices, and also the reason why so many products come defective or broken out of the box, then you go back and they say it was you. We bought a TV that they didn't fully unwrap it to test it, and what we saw seemed fine. We got home turned it on and surprise surprise it was cracked where we couldn't see at the time of purchase. Packed it back, brought it back and of course now the damage is now worse (cause that's what screens do). They didn't even test it in front of us they took it to the back and just came out and said they couldn't do anything. Since the beginning they said they looked at the cameras, an hour later they were asking about that transaction time to "look at the cameras" basically they were trying to brush me off without properly investing, and cause of me insisting on an exchange they actually decided to look at the cameras an hour later. $395 down the toilet. Thinking now ALL my other TVs I got a Best Buy, NONE of them issues, paid more but A Quality products that have lasted me years, one of them going on 5 years, which I carried in the trunk of my car sticking out.

    I love this store! They always have great discounts and the employees are super helpful and friendly. We bought our tv here. A kind employee helped us move the tv to the car but our car was too small the fit the tv. Our plan B was to call an Uber XL but the gentleman who helped us move the TV went out of his way to find some nylon rope and helped us secure the tv to the trunk so we could drive it home. He totally didn’t have to do that and we were so grateful to not have spent the money on the XL— and we learned something new!

    Worst customer service experience ever!!!! Two years ago, I bought a Sealy mattress brand and a few months ago it started having significant sagging areas in the middle. I requested an inspection from the company. It took them two months to schedule. When they finally arrived for the evaluation, the person had horrible customer service manners. He treated me like if he was doing me a favor, ignored all my questions, barely spoke and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He didn’t get near the mattress nor touched it; he only took a few pictures from a distance. A week later they gave me the results of the evaluation. They told me that my mattress wasn’t sinking enough to be covered by the warranty. Warranty covers if it sags 3 inches or more, and that was not my situation. I wonder how they were able to determine that with a few pictures from a distance. Stay away from this store…..it is clear that to them, the customers NEVER come first!!!!

    Francois and Moises really helped us find the appliances we needed. Our delivery driver was also very helpful with the fridge and washer/dryer we had to return due to not fitting in the closet. Fridge unfortunately had a dent on the top but they took it back with no issues and customer service assisted us in setting up a new delivery date. Very helpful crew all around!

    They LIE!!! Got a quote to go back after work and purchase. They stated they had Price Matching. They Lie. Went back and asked for the salesman. Reply was he is gone for the day. Then he walked up. HAHA They say Price Matching. No they don't. I had a print out for an AUTHORIZED SONY DEALER and they REFUSED TO ACCEPT!!!! I LEFT and will pay more elsewhere before EVER BUYING AT BRANDSMART!!!!!!

    In 2020 I bought a 65 inch Sony TV, paid for 5 year protection and a wall installation. One or two days later I called the sales person and cancelled the wall installation. The TV was delivered and set up as agreed. The TV worked fine until 3 weeks ago when it suddenly stopped working. With my receipt of purchase and extended warranty on hand I called for assistance and I was told that my warranty had been cancelled. I tried calling the repair company and Customer Service. Oh divine mystery! No one knew what happened and I was bounced back and forth to no avail. The Customer Service department at the store either did not answer the phone or would put the call on hold endlessly. Although I had recent surgery I had to make a special trip to the Dadeland store to determine what happened and a woman in Customer Service very rudely assured me that I had gone to the store the day after I made the purchase and cancelled my extended warranty. I asked for proof and she said she would call me later in the day with my signed cancellation. An hour ago I received a call from Norman Gul, the store manager telling me that because my warranty payment was refunded to my Brandsmart credit card the matter was out of his hands. He could not offer me any evidence or signed document, but he said I had been refunded and that was all. I am sure this was a mistake, but they refuse to do anything about it even though I have all my evidence in writing. I plan to pursue this matter with the Better Business Bureau and a lawyer if necessary. Stay away from this store. In my opinion they are irresponsible and incompetent. I have been without my TV for almost a month and will probably be a long time until this is resolved.

    They had what I was looking for, a whole bunch of needed computer upgrades, I got an apple beast desktop and printer. Additionally, I picked up a new phone LG K61, Paid them a lot of money, and they let me take the box cart over to my building to unload. I returned the cart. All together about 35 minutes and biz was concluded and all were happy.

    Excellent prices and In-store customer service, while you’re entertaining the purchase of one of their products. However, once the sale is concluded it all goes downhill from there. Recently purchased a set of appliances from such store and walked away please, until the appliances were delivered. Upon delivery, we noticed a scratch (3inches) on the front door of the fridge. The driver offer to call his dispatch/ warehouse manager to review a discount option. The discount offered was no even enough to cover taxes on the purchase (insult); I had gotten rid of my old fridge that morning and a new item could not be delivered until 5 days from the original delivery date. I tried to request to have the existing fridge left behind until the new one arrives, I was told flat out no. The kind delivery reps offered if I wanted to speak with their warehouse manager, which I said yes. Romina rudely said no, did not care to hear me out and asked to send all back and cancel the full order if I chose to. With all the food and 2 kids (Infant & toddler) I’ve had no choice but to accept the scratched fridge. You would think customer service would be better. I tried calling the store, the customer service reps seemed annoyed and rushed to hang up. I know it was only a $4k purchase but you’d expect better service. Beyond disappointed. Moral of the story- I Will NEVER make a purchase again at Brandsmart and will discourage family and friends from doing so.
