I needed some 12x12x6 cake boxes and the 2pk they had was perfect. Price was decent as well ($6.49). The cashier was very nice that checked me out also! They are 2pc boxes not one single piece.

I had an issue at the Cutler Bay location where my return was denied for some made up reason but I called this location and the manager told me I could return at this location with no problem! The team working the night of Dec 30th, 2022 had great customer service!! Definitely trained by good managers who actually know what they’re doing and keep customer loyalty a priority. I live in Homestead but I will go to this location in Kendall from now on to get all my supplies for my business. I rather drive extra miles to get good customer service. Thank you!!

I would like to say thank you very much to the young cashier with the tattoos on her arm, I don’t know her name today. That was very helpful. She did not have to go out of her way. It’s not just her job. She’s good at what she does and I hope she gets recognized for that. I went there between five and 630 I am a big Pastry Chef in Miami But I wasn’t sure how to use the app. I kind of forgot I order all the time also art equipment a lot but thank you to the young lady. She should be working in hospitality management. Hopefully you go to Marriott corporation hotels Ps great for management position. She’s got what it takes. TJ Maxx is horrible don’t go.

I recently purchased a Cricut Explore Air 2. Just two days later it stopped working. I took it back to Joann for replacement. They said I could not get it replaced but I had to purchase another machine and return the original machine and the amount charged to my credit card would be refunded within a two to three days (minus the $25 return fee). It has been over two weeks and they still have not refunded my money. Every time I call Joann customer service I am told that the refund is coming. Then they emailed to tell me the refund has been applied to my card. I checked with the bank and still no refund of any kind appears from Joann Stores. Looks like I just paid over $400 for a $200 machine because they still have my money. I am never buying any kind of craft machine from Joann Stores again. Next time I am buying from Amazon. They have a much better return / refund policy.

JoAnns has a huge variety of all types of fabrics, sewing, yarn, arts and crafts supplies for your next project. I enjoy shopping here and encourage you to check it out. This is paradise to people who are looking to learn and be creative. 😃 Prices are a bit high but they often do offer some discounts. The store is easy to get to located right off SR 826 (Palmetto Expressway) and SW 88 Street (North Kendall Drive). Plenty of parking at this location. Overall good customer service.

They all kinds of fabrics really nice store if you are looking to craft

This is a very disorganized and sloppy store in the greenery. The people that work here are not friendly at all. They act like you are privileged to shop here. It is really not a pleasure. I even asked them where their restroom was. The lady started to tell me and then the gentleman behind her said they're just not working now you'll have to go somewhere else. Well, I am going to go somewhere else and I will never come in here and shop again.

Very nice place. A lot of things to buy and be creative. It have many options in everything you need. The prices are quite high, but sometimes they offer some reasonable discounts. Ample and convenient parking space right at the entrance of the store.

I just love JoAnns. I am grateful we have somewhere local to shop for fabrics and crafts. We also have Michael's and Hobby Lobby. But no local Quilt stores. I miss the Quilt Scene. They were a wonderful store with gorgeous cotton fabrics and great classes. JoAnns has a huge variety of all types of stuff and you will most likely find everything you need to complete your project.

This JoAnn is located in a small shopping mall and is quite complete. They have a wide variety of fabrics, accessories and materials for crafts in general. Prices are a little high, but make up for by the ease of finding everything in the same place.

I wish they had a bigger selection in of fabrics. The trade off is the nice employees who offer great recommendations. They are knowledgeable and also have a lot of crafty hobbies themselves.
