I have been coming here for years. Unfortunately, every year has become more and more and more difficult to make an appointment, contact the office, receive call back, and especially receive professionalism. This place has become all about how many patients to be seen. There is no beside manner. I had to beg to get an appointment with Dr. Somoano, who put in my IUD, however since I have an insurance that they do not take they refused to allow me to pay out of pocket. I wanted the same doctor who placed my IUD to check it when it was basically dislodged. Therefore, I wanted to pay out of pocket because I am loyal to my doctors for each specialty. It is ridiculous that this company has decreased in value and patient service.

I have nothing negative to say about Dr.Casanova. He is the most caring, and brilliant OBGYN I’ve ever had. I had visited several doctors before deciding on him as the OB for my second pregnancy. His bedside manners are the best I’ve ever seen, he answers every question you have so you’re not leaving your apt with any doubts. His medical assistant is also very sweet; so my whole experience during this pregnancy has been great. Casanova is truly a down to earth, knowledgeable doctor & I couldn’t be happier to be his patient :) highly recommend him to anyone.

The entire staff of West Kendall OBGYN is phenomenal! From my first visit up to the delivery of my son, I was treated with absolute care and compassion. Every physician that saw me took their time and made sure that my pregnancy and delivery was safe. I would recommend anyone to this office! The staff have a special place in my heart. My son is amazing and they played a huge part with him being brought into this world! 🥰

I've had better front office service at my pet's vet. The Spanish receptionist today with blonde highlights is not friendly at all along with her sidekick. I myself am Spanish and manners are part of our culture. As a business owner, I would never let someone like this on my team! This post is not just on her but also on how many times my call gets hung up on.

I AM VERY ANNOYED WITH YOUR SERVICE BECAUSE I have waited for the result of my test of breast ultrasound for 2weeks , and still have not received any information.I’m still waiting for the result of the breast ultrasound. I THINK THEY WORK WITH TERRIBLE RADIOLOGIST WHO DO NOT GIVE IMPORTANCE TO THE PATIENT ‘s concern, and that is why they review the ultrasound when they feel like it.

Very nice place and beautiful as well. Dr. Laura Puckett is a very caring doctor. She listened to all my gynecologicals needs and she is a very likeable person, so far the best Gynecologist I have ever had. Thank God I found her. God bless Dr. Puckett

I 100% recommend Dr. Laura Puckett for OBGYN. She made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me perfectly. The office looks great too and the staff was very nice. I have no complaints!

Dr. Perfetto is the best OBGYN anyone can have. Now, customer service is horrible. I've been trying to schedule my annual check up plus my endometriosis follow up since August, and everytime, I get a call back saying to wait 2 months to do so. Now the girl who called, very unpolite by the way, says I have to wait until January for any doctor in the practice since they are all booked.

Excellent care with providers who are friendly, they listen, take their time, give great advice, and generally care about their parents. My high-risk pregnancy and delivery was the best experience ever and I owe it to Dr. Laura Puckett and Claudia Cabanas APRN. They both overextended themselves and went above and beyond to ensure all of our needs were met, exceeding our expectations during this delicate time.

I really liked Dr. Puckett but felt I had to wait so long.

I went to their other location by mistake and the receptionist there said not to worry and that she would call the other office. On the way I was an hour late due to the weather but was welcomed by the very nice receptionists and they were able to take me in. I was seen by Dr. Puckett, who’s amazing btw! She listened to all my concerns and was very empathetic.

I have being patient of this practice for 3 years and have a very satisfying experience. Dr.Casanova and his staff take the time to explain the process and answer questions. He was very respectful and professional.

I highly recommend this place, they will take care of you, the staff is amazing from the front desk to medical assistants they are all giving you the best attention since you arrive. Wait time was pretty short and you could notice the place is well organized. Last but not least Dr. Casanova, you have to see him if you want to receive the best medical attention.

DR. Laura Puckett has given me the best experience being pregnant woman. I have a lot of health issues and she addressed them accordingly. She always reassure me that everything is going to be okay. I’m very happy that she’s my doctor and I won’t choose anyone else to deliver my baby.

Dr. Laura Puckett and Dr. Edelia Pando have both been the sweetest and most caring doctors I have met so far. Treat you with care, reassurance, explain everything so well, and answer any questions you have on your health or regarding any tests you will be having done. Everyone at the office has been very nice every single time that I have either called or physically visited the office. I sadly do not recall her name but the medical assistant that works alongside Dr. Casanova is great, she is patient and kind and does not rush through what she is doing. My initial appointment was not supposed to be with Dr. Casanova it was with another provider at one of their other locations closer to me but one thing led to the other and I had to visit Dr. Casanova and after I did I will not be changing providers, he is the one. This is my first pregnancy and so far I have had a couple of scares and throughout the whole process he has never made me feel rushed or neglected my concerns. He has great bed side manner and is very professional.

Dr. Perez-Suarez was recommended to me by my sister. Very sweet, friendly and knowledgeable. I stopped going to the gyno for 3 years as no other doctor made me feel comfortable as she did. She took her time to seat and talk to me, not like other ones that see you for two min and don’t even let you think of you have questions. Thanks so much for your excellent service doctor.

Great experience, my gynecologist was Dr. Carlos Martínez, the best! He explained every detail to me, being a first-time mom, new to this country, with a thousand fears of all changes, he was in charge of giving me a lot of security until the last moment, even though my birth lasted 20 minutes, my baby is here by my side happy and super healthy. With the doctor everything is spectacular, with the place sometimes they take a while to answer the phone. But overall, good.
