I
have
been
going
to
Ideal
Image
for
a
year
now
with
the
purpose
of
removing
hair
from
my
chin
and
jawline.
I
had
a
virtual
consultation
to
discuss
my
goals
and
I
explained
that
I
have
a
medical
condition
that
causes
me
to
grow
hair
(like
a
beard)
and
it
made
me
very
self
conscious
and
uncomfortable
so
I
finally
got
the
money
to
be
able
to
take
care
it.
I
started
treatments
soon
after
that
consultation
and
everything
was
going
well.
The
hair
in
that
area
is
nearly
gone
with
very
small
spots
that
have
very
thin
hair
left
to
treat.
I
went
in
for
a
follow-up
appointment
recently
to
get
another
treatment
and
the
technician
refused
to
treat
the
area
I
was
in
for
saying
that
my
contract
did
not
cover
that
area.
After
explaining
my
medical
condition
and
the
reason
I
started
laser
treatments
in
the
first
place
on
top
of
the
fact
that
every
treatment
I've
had
since
I
began
laser
hair
removal
covered
the
area
previously,
she
still
refused
so
I
asked
to
speak
with
the
manager.
After
asking
several
times,
the
manager
met
with
me
in
her
office.
She
heard
my
story
and
after
humiliating
myself
in
front
her
with
the
details
of
my
medical
condition
and
history,
the
manager
called
in
another
technician
(who
had
treated
me
as
well)
to
ask
her
to
tell
me
where
the
treatment
area
should
be.
This
technician
lied
about
what
areas
she
was
treating
on
me
in
front
of
the
manager
(to
save
her
job
I
can
only
assume).
I
explained
to
the
manager
that
this
technician,
along
with
every
other
that
has
treated
me
covered
the
area
and
I
showed
proof
(i.e.
my
skin
and
lack
of
hair)
and
she
either
did
not
believe
me
or
did
not
care
about
what
position
financially
I
was
in
to
be
able
to
have
these
treatments
done.
I
only
have
3
treatments
left
to
complete
the
service
but
the
staff
refused
to
complete
my
treatment
of
the
area
I
paid
for.
This
company
is
a
scam
and
none
of
the
staff
cares
about
the
person
they
are
treating.
If
you
are
in
the
medical
and
service
industry,
then
you
need
to
have
staff
who
is
caring
and
understanding
of
people
and
their
needs.
Instead,
you
have
staff
that
scams
people
out
of
their
hard
earned
money
to
make
a
sales
quota
and
technicians
that
are
rude
and
could
care
less
about
the
patient
they
are
treating.
I
will
never
recommend
this
company
or
its
centers
to
anyone.
