    I’m a migraine sufferer from sinus problems and feel that I finally have a doctor that can help me. Dr. Brown is wonderful, he explains things that you can understand. I got Botox shots for the first time for headaches and I think it is really helping me. I feel he is thorough and knowledgeable and listens to you. He has a busy practice which says a lot, if you can get through on the phones he is worth the wait.

    I hated it. I always hate it, it’s a scam. Every time I go the doctor he takes 3 minutes to examine me and then kicks me out the door. Even if I’m still not feeling well and I tell the doctor that. He still doesn’t help me and kicks me out his office. I have gone 3 times now and each time he hasn’t not helped once and the examination is 5 minutes long. I just went to see Dr Pernas and I paid $200 for a piece of paper. Why would I go see the doctor for a piece of paper when I can get those results at home. I can even print the paper at home, why did I have to pay to see the doctor when I wasn’t even sick. It was just for a piece of paper. To make it better I’m still having problems with my ear. I am no longer going to this quack, scam, horrible doctor. Waste of my time and money. So much money just down the drain because he was in a hurry every time and never took the time to help me. I’m sure his other patients feel the same .

    The worst customer service, spoke with office manager to discuss an issue and instead of dealing with the employee privately it was being discussed at loud and my daughter did not feel comfortable . It is a SHAME! I love Dr. Brown he is amazing, but what happened in his Kendall Office is not a true representation of him. He has been my Dr. for over 20 years.

    Nasty terrible staff! I have never been to a doctors office where I have been treated so poorly.. The staff here is malicious and fraudulent. I was brought in by the medical asssitant and she told me almost immediately that i needed to get a nasal camera exam. When I asked her if I would be responsible for anything she said she had "checked my benefits and I was only responsible for the office copay dont worry" Then upon checkout I was told I had to pay a big bill for this nasal exam. When I explained to the staff what she told me they said they didnt care and that I had to pay the bill. I asked to speak to the medical assistant that had just told me she had checked my account in hopes she can explain the misunderstanding and the front desk said she couldn't come out and I had to pay. Now that I read other reviews I see it has happened to others as well. So shameful! Doctors please step in on this!

    Doctors and nurses were excellent however I can't say the same about the lack of professionalism and compassion that the front desk had. No one advise me in advance that I needed a referral to be seen for results, I know that with one referral you can see the doctor for the same problem. That's not the point, the lady that took care of me, told me that I couldn't be seen without it, but if I will pay for the visit the doctor could see me. After working for 26 years in the healthcare system, I know that if you have Medicare only or Medicare associated with an HMO, you can't never be asked to pay for the visit. She never offered to help me get the referral. I'm lucky that I know my PCP and his staff personally and they were able to get me one. There was another patient with a different front desk lady, same problem with referral, the patient was in tears as she described she had a very serious condition, no kind words of sympathy, just that without a referral she couldn't be seen. Even if she's expressing that she's very scared and needed to see the doctor. Don't you check before if patients need one and you let them know? That was my experience, very disappointed.

    This office has been amazing since we walked in from the referral not being received to them resolving it ASAP to the Doctor not just making it a consultation but doing actual tests same day to the scheduling person Josslyn is absolutely amazing got my mom an appointment ASAP I highly recommend seeing Dr Brian Dougherty and speaking with Josslyn to schedule appointments

    Very kind, friendly staff. A real person answers the phone!!! The nurse and the PA looked at my issues carefully, listened to my concerns, and proceeded accordingly. I am very happy that my ENT specialist recommended this practice.

    I got there early and barely sat down in the waiting room when my name was called. Dr. Harb was very professional and I really felt like she cared. I would highly recommend South Florida ENT!!

    Dr. Kromberg and his team were excellent. They were patient, kind, professional and competent, as they took on a task that was very difficult in getting food stuck out my throat. I would recommend anyone to come here to treat their ENT needs. Thank you Dr. Kromberg.

    I give 0 starts to this place. I get one, Dr. Appointment for my son who is in pain, Dr. send a CT scan so he can get the apropiete treatment(so I didn't have solution for my son's pain until the CT), but the office for appointment and insurance approval is very lazy (they take 5 days to send the paperwork to the insurance) they does answer the phone and then call to ask me to call the insurance for approval, the insurance told me that they need the Dr. Notes and answers in less than 2 days,the approval can be done over the phone just talking and explaining the Dr's point for the CT, but this horrible service by the Dr's office is despicable. Run from this place. They don't care about patients. 15 days after the Dr. Appointment and still waiting for the Dr's office to send and resolve the insurance required. I waited with my son in pain for the Dr's appointment, and now my son is still waiting for the Dr's office to have the decency to have the work done.

    Dr Schell was very professional. He did a great job with my daughter’s surgery. Highly recommend him. The only negative was dealing with his OR coordinator. It was a nightmare Very stressful when your kid is having surgery and you are constantly trying to get a hold of her to make sure you have everything you need. I had to get through her by calling the other doctors coordinator. Other than that. I had a great experience with the doctor and other staff.

    Going to an appointment is always a pleasant experience. Wait time is never too long and the personnel’s attentive and efficient. I like Dr. Brown’s care, he explains what’s going on and discusses the procedure and his approach is always friendly yet professional. A happy customer here!

    Dr. Parekh is an excellent doctor. He knew right away that my son had fungus in his ear and treated him right away. We went back for a second treatment and his ear had cleared up very well. I highly recommend South Florida ENT Associates.

    The doctor was very friendly even though the visit didn’t last more than ten minutes. I am giving two stars because I was misled during my visit and billed for a “procedure” after being told it was part of my visit. During the visit, I was offered a laryngoscopy. I asked the medical assistant/nurse? if it was part of what’s covered for my visit or if that was a separate procedure to which she said it is covered. The doctor stuck a camera inside me and peaked in for maybe 15 seconds and moved on to tell me I should just get surgery to remove my tonsils. He was very kind during the process but he did not tell me anything I didn’t already know and went straight to recommending surgery. I later get a bill for the procedure saying I owe $150 for what my insurance did not cover and after calling the billing department all they could tell me was the nurse was wrong and I still owe $150. They also previously told me my insurance did not want to cover the procedure because they could not identify the medical necessity, DUH, they put a camera in my throat and told me my tonsils were a little red and I needed to remove them. Fair warning, consider other ENTs. This place is extremely misleading and they’re probably going to rush you to surgery even if you don’t need it

    This place is great! Highly recommended it. Everyone is professional and willing to answer any questions, I didn’t have to wait long and the doctor was extremely knowledgeable about me and my past procedures with another doctor from the same company. I just don’t like the practice of prepay for visits even if it’s a copay, I know I might save time, but it’s a poor consumer practice IMO make sure you get your treatment, service and all your questions are answered before you pay for your visit. What if you change your mind or don’t wake up on time? Life happens.

    The whole staff is very nice, the girls in the front are always super attentive. Dr.Harb is excellent and explains everything appropriately and answers any questions you have and Ms.Sarah went through all the paperwork with me explaining every detailed of my upcoming surgery and was very informative. Thank you ENT and associates of South Florida for your hard work, all of your staff is awesome! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

    Dr shell is great doctor I went to because I have had a sinus infection for like 2 years and the result came in very quickly and just to no my sinuses r chronic so I am getting surgery out patient

    Dr Arrieta was disappointing. He ignored one of the problems I am having and when I asked him about it he said he forgot but never discussed it. Also forgot to send a prescription to pharmacy. Rushed through appointment. Dealing with him was like dealing with a robot. Didn’t listen and didn’t care. I won’t be back

    Celia Velez, was excellent very thorough, explained all of the information quite well. Very patient, spent a lot time trying out the hearing aids and advising me on the best options for me. Quite knowledgeable, personable.

    I was very impressed with the staff, as well as Dr. Brown. They listened to my concerns with great care and Dr. Brown, in particular, gave me a possible solution that would relieve the dizziness I’ve been experiencing. I’ll be returning in a month for a follow-up. An overall positive experience.
