I wish i could give zero stars but here we are! I used to come to this office when Dr Rodriguez was still there because she is amazing! she is the only reason i would put up with the incompetence and insensitivity of the people that worked here. Unfortunately i lost my son at 5 months pregnant, the most traumatic and heart breaking experience i have ever been through. When i tell you i got multiple calls from this office month after month to try and get me to sign up for different classes they were offering to prepare me for labor and delivery, breast feeding etc. Every time they would call i would tell them i am no longer pregnant please make note of this so i can stop receiving these heartbreaking reminders. i would get the oh im sorry yes i will notate the account and yet again i would get another call the following month. like if i never spoke to anyone No mother who has lost a child should ever have to deal with that level of stupidity and insensitivity from a "professional" office. The level of disrespect displayed is mind boggling to me especially when this is the office that was doing my prenatal and post natal care. On top of that good luck trying to get through to the office. no one ever picks up the phone or returns your calls when they say that they will. This office is honestly just horrible, they charge you for everything regardless of having insurance with little to no explanation, they need new management and new training. THANK GOD Dr Rodriguez left and i was able to find her!! stay away from this place

**Calling into the office is TERRIBLE good luck getting through, No answer, Mail Boxes Full, was left in hold 15 minutes had to hang up and keep calling. *My Experience: was excellent Elizabeth Nunez, Medical Assistant, very professional. Beautiful and very clean office. Rest of team in office very professional. Dr. Delgado straight to the point. Did not asked if student could be in the room kind of told me.

I started coming here recommend by a friend as soon as I got pregnant with my first baby. I went in mostly drawn to the MOM center in hopes to deliver there but I was later on diagnosed with gestational diabetes and because of that I was not able to give birth there BUT my hospital birthing experience was still amazing. I recommend this place to every woman in hopes of wanting a medical staff that truly takes care of you and your growing baby inside of you. Here I felt welcomed, cared for and never felt like just another patient. I also recommend all of the birthing, labor, breastfeeding classes they offer! My husband went to each class with me and it was a wonderful learning experience for the both of us and truly helped us understand so much about our pregnancy and what to expect later on in labor and delivery and as new parents.

Super happy with my amazing and super knowledgeable PA Lauren ! She’s great takes time to explain everything in detail and has an answer for every question or concern. She’s the best ever ! Office is clean and staff is friendly and never wait more than 15 minutes before she’s seeing me ! A+++ 😃😃😃

If you say that you are going to send a patient a medication to pick up at the pharmacy (because the patient needs it) and you tell him that you are going to send it at that same moment. DO IT!!! Don't send it the next day or tell the truth, say that you are going to send it the next day. It's perfect that they don't care about their patients, but here health is not free!!! So at least the service should be good! 👎👎👎👎👎

I’ll start by saying the Dr.s in the office are ok. They aren’t out of this world and are nearly impossible to see when you need them. The office is truly the worst I have ever seen my wife experience. My wife failed her first glucose test and was never notified. We had to call back to find out and we weren’t even told the first time we called. No one felt any sense of urgency to help or try and get my wife a follow up Glucose exam but they were always on top of billing. My wife developed severe anemia and was never told. My wife had to look up her own lab results to determine it and had to go to the local ER because even being able to speak to a competent person in the office was beyond their ability. When we finally saw the Dr she reiterated what we already knew… that my wife is severely anemic and she needs multiple transfusions. We were told we would get a call to let us know when she would have her transfusion but to no one’s shock we never got the call. We tried to call the office but what you’ll notice is you’ll never be able to get anyone. For the simplest of issues you need to make it an emergency call so you get someone on the line. This is exhausting and the poorest healthcare I have ever seen.

Having just moved to the Miami area from Minnesota, I’ve been on the hunt for a provider and clinic that’s comparable to the level and quality of healthcare I’m accustomed to receiving. I finally found the perfect place for me with Women’s Healthcare of Kendall. I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences with everyone I’ve interacted with — Dominque is *fantastic*, Lauren Viego is super personable and took time to answer all the questions my husband and I had, and the ultrasound techs, phlebotomist, and nurses that we’ve worked with have been a dream. After having bad experiences with three other clinics in the metro, I was resigned think that Miami didn’t have what I was looking for …until I found Women’s Healthcare of Kendall. The care they provide is genuine and I feel safe and well taken care of — aspects of care that I can’t put a value on but are incredibly important to me.

I’m blessed to be a patient here. Is it a very business office? Yes, but that’s understandable with the great medical staff & very nice office staff! I gave birth to my daughter Nov 2019 with Dr. Suzette Delgado.. and she is wonderful! She is so kind and attentive. She is easy going, made me feel quite comfortable to talk to her. Before I met her I saw Mary, the Midwife. Ladies, in the past I had pretty tough experiences doing my PAP, but Mary had done mine & she made me feel so comfortable. That was very important to me.

Horrible messed up my results, told me to abort my child and if I didn’t MYSELF look for a second opinion I would’ve aborted my perfectly healthy baby. On top of it all they’re harassing me for money. They should’ve send me to specialst god knows how many others they did this to. Please don’t go there

It was an ok experience, almost 2 hr wait each time, very pushy on certain topics, but at least it was professional- until my Medicaid insurance changed the hospital situation for next year. In September, they informed me that I’d have to change doctors ASAP, and sent 5 doctors in the south Kendall/homestead area in a mass message. I’m currently 28 weeks pregnant, and I’m due in December. I live by Hialeah, so this doesn’t quite work lol Finally, I found a doctor that’s close to me, and have been calling womens health care of Kendall for a good 2 1/2 weeks (going on 3) to get my medical records sent over. My “new “ office even requested them. They say they do it, and don’t. Almost 3 weeks! I finally called the front desk and asked them to read the request form (which she assured me she just faxed the medical records again) and she tells me the fax info is blank. They cancelled my last app, and deactivated my login, and had more than enough energy to get me the heck out of their system without even making sure I had the medical records Every time, they’ve told me it takes 24-48 hrs. I thought they were “ok”, but now honestly, the hospitality they’ve given for this exit process is more of a “and don’t let the door hit you” :: if anyones still wondering I CALL EVERY 3 days AND STILL haven’t gotten my medical records” so much for hospitality

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I rarely ever write a review but I feel like I had to today. Every time I call it rings multiple times, sometimes I cant get through at all and have to keep trying and when I do get through I get left on a silent hold for minutes. Aside from that, I requested a tour of the facility, I returned their call, got asked for my information and got told "I'll call you back" and hour later and I am still waiting. I can honestly say, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Deceptive billing practices and unresponsive phone system. They have double charged me multiple times, under slightly different codes/ names, for one service provided. They were uneducated about genetics tests and ordered multiple tests that each provided the same information, resulting in unnecessary blood work and excessive charges. My Genetic Consular was flabbergasted to see all the duplicate work they ordered. There was clearly no continuity to the oversite to my chart, as they would have me do the same test in house and then out of house the next day-- also resulting in extra charges. All in all, they were kind in appointments but careless with my charts. You can never reach a human through the phone lines. They iced my new ob when they faxed/ called for records. Not acceptable.

I've been trying to get In contact with anyone who will answer the phone to get some info so I can finish pre registering with my hospital and get another appointment set up. No one returns my calls and I wait on the phone until it hangs up. I've been trying for over a week at this point. It's like someone's putting and keeping me on hold now. I can't even leave a voice mail Music keeps playing.

I switched to Women’s Healthcare of Kendall during my pregnancy because I wanted to give birth at the affiliated MOM birth center. We couldn’t have asked for better care throughout my pregnancy. The office staff, midwives, medical assistants, and doctors are all very skilled, incredibly kind, take their time to answer all of my questions (I always had so many!), and really went out of their way to make sure me and my baby were cared for. Now that I’ve given birth, I’ve continued my OBGYN care there and continue to be impressed. Can’t say enough good things.

Horrible experience 😪 the office owner Ms.Elizabeth argue with patients and call the patient the b**** word and kick them out of the practice on short notice due to there own short staff and uncomprehensible manner of disrespect and disregard for patients health and priority . Bad bedside manner . Only met the doctor once . Also nurse Lauren Viego states to her patients in a negative manner that if the patient does not comply with the office rules or questions any test (which I have all of the above demonstrated and complied), the practice will terminate you as a patient. That was the welcome announcement I recieved as a new patient.! Seems to me as a insecure statement coming from a nurse that works for a practice to be representing . Not too add after all the begging I did to stay with this practice I am just 3 weeks away from my due date in delivery of my baby which after they sent me to the DIABETIC consult Dr.Suzette Delgado decided to terminate me from the practice. Even after what was said and done. Henceforth;When the patient disclosure and rules are signed it states clearly the rules of which it is apparent certain nurses and certain staff do not follow.. I would say a couple of the staff there are fair but due to the high negative reviews I myself have seen why this medical practice is seeking further ways to advance there income.Not to add how one of the ultrasound lady tech the one with black hair did a strong shakedown to my stomach really hard many times without telling me why and rubbed it so hard she left a red mark on my belly mind you I was 30 weeks at the time and said that I had dry skin and questioned if I take care of my pregnancy? ALSO BE MINDFUL OF THERE PRIVATE BLOODWORK LAB AND TAKE BLOODWORK ELSEWHERE EVEN IF YOU VOMIT THE SOLUTION THEY WILL NOT LET YOU TAKE GLUCOSE TEST AGAIN.. Even after following up with there consultant and rules, DR.SUZETTE DELGADOS SPECIALTY IS IN GIVING FALSE FRAUD DIABETIC DIAGNOSIS TO PREGNANT WOMAN TO MAKE MORE MONEY 💰 FOR THE PRACTICE. As of 2019 it shows how high her qualifications are presumed to be LOW for this medical practice which there of that is not owned by her . I definitely would not like to be seen by a 35 year old doctor with no common empathy or sense when it comes to her patients or experience.It seems like Dr.Suzette Delgado needs more experience in running this practice before going back into the medical field...

Dr. Suzette Delgado is heaven sent ! She has taken care of me through my most recent pregnancy journey. She guided me from my miscarriage ( it was a very delicate moment - since my husband and I were trying to conceive ) yet her and her office staff were very kind and welcoming since day one . When we finally got pregnant again I was a bit scared since my recent loss and I was also high risk for preterm labor . I wanted a good , knowledgeable provider and one that truly cared about me and my pregnancy. She was exactly that and so much more. My pregnancy had a few ups and downs , until my baby decided to come early at 32 weeks . I wouldn’t have known what do without Dr. Delgados guidance, from late night calls after coming home from the ER, to seeing me last minute in the office . From the start to the very end she was absolutely amazing. Her staff ; the nurse practitioners Mary , Pauline and Lauren ! They’re absolutely wonderful . I recommend them with my eyes closed! No doubt . So lucky to have found such an amazing office with these amazing ladies.

I've been a patient since 2019. The staff is very kind. I had a surgery two months ago with Doctor Delgado and she is the best! All the procedure went well and she always took the time to explained everything to me. Doctor Suzette Delgado and her staff are amazing! Very attentive and helpful! I truly recommend her!

This is the best OB/GYN office in Miami! The staff is always attentive of every patients needs and the doctors are incredible! Dr. Delgado is the best and always provides the best information and she makes me feel extremely comfortable. Ive never felt rushed in the office. I’ve always had an incredible experience here. Would definitely recommend!

I don’t post many reviews but definitely needed to show my appreciation! Always super professional, timely and feel like my questions/concerns are addressed and validated. IUD insertion by the doc was smooth and not very painful. 10/10 thankyou ladies!

Went in for a physical and the doctor decided to "diagnose" me something I have been addressed in another clinic. The bill was more than 1000 dollars before insurance and all they did was ask me: is there anything you want to tell us. No examination, no screening.

I waited two hours during my last visit and the doctor spent less than two minutes with me. I needed a few other tests and she told me to book appointments to come back instead of just doing them then. I will never go back.
