The staff was very unhelpful and rude. The place was dirty, the sink tap was broken and the water was not working.Not recommended.

I mostly go to Kandy city with my family to spend my vacations, I have stayed in many places during that time but this time I chose alikele vila hotel. The place is more beautiful than all the other places, free and we were able to get all the facilities we needed.
