Busy place during night hours. Order online, pick up, park & pick & dine in is available. ♿️ No wheelchair accessible entrance. Service is fast but there are some major issues. We ordered pizza, spaghetti, coke &lava cake. They served coke first and the pizza. After few minutes they served the lava cake and we were waiting for the spaghetti. However after 15 minutes I went and asked the counter they had made it a take away, which in any way was not mentioned by us or on the bill, then they served us with the same takeaway packaging which had been sitting on the counter for quite some time and was not hot as expected. On another instance in a park & pick, they only provided with one order when there were two orders. Many mistakes are being made by the staff & they need to make sure to pay attention and serve customers better.

Best pizza in Kiribathgoda. This place is moved to Infront of Dasa building, near Seylan Bank recently. Now it has few parking slots. Earlier main issue is parking and small space for dining with heavy traffic area in Kiribathgoda. Now it's solved and we can easily park and dine. We came for dinner in offer on Tuesday and huge crowd. Only one queue. It's bad.

Very poor standards.. Butter chicken masala with extra cheese is like roast pan with cheese.. No eye appeal at all No chicken, no buttet flavour or masala or nothing.. This is just scam and fraud. Not recommended at all. Gave up the brand name!

I tried the pizza from Pizza Hut - Kiribathgoda for the first time last week and it was amazing! The pizza was so delicious and the service was great. I will definitely be back to try more of their pizzas.

This place operating from 11:00 Am to 11:00 PM. I visited this place at 10:50 PM, in this time they were cleaning outlet but doors opened for orders. They were treated us without single emotional change. I was there to take-away my order. Additionally cashier checked and informed offers available on that date and available for my self as well. And they promised to ready this order within 15min and they gave it to me on-time as well. Food also taste good. This is one of the remarkable servicers I experienced from Pizza Hut Kiribathgoda outlet. Good Luck team keep your good work.

For some reason Pizza Hut is among the top 3 go-to places for my kids. My personal experience @ PH is service is great someday and average somedays. However, the quality of food has always been consistent.

Situated a little away from city centre but adjacent to the Kandy road where traffic jam builds up in the evening. Parking slots can be overwhelmed in peak hours as nearly 6-8 slots are there. Plenty of other renowned eating places in the neighborhood. Suppotive staff with timely services.

Food is delicious as always, the most welcoming part was the service. They were the most friendliest yet professional employees in a fast food restaurant that I've came across in a while. Had a pleasant time!

Worst customer service experience so far. We placed a online order at 5.15pm asking to deliver around 7.30. 7.00pm got a call from hotline asking what is the 2nd nearest branch as nearest branch is not doing deliveries today. 7.17pm they have re directed oder to Kiribathgoda branch. 7.52pm they called to get directions and said too far to deliver and order will re direct to another branch 8.02pm I called to verify if order had been re directed and found out order had been cancelled by branch without informing us. Person answered hotline called after 15 min and said oder is ready and getting late as it is raining 9.10pm called again hotline as did not got any call for directions. The person answered Said will be call in 5min and did not call for 20 min I have called and canceled the order as i realized it will never get delivered. Never trust delivery from Kiribathgoda branch who don’t have courtesy to tell they can’t do the delivery.

Slowest service ever seen. Just ordered medium cheese pizza only. Took more than 40mins to supply my order even after I asked them only. Poor service. Front staff just talking each other and smiling.

Yesterday there was an offer, if you buy a large pizza you will get classic personal pan pizza. But i bought 2 large pizzas but nothing got extra. After went home i just noticed there is an offer.. even the cashier didnt even told me about this.. anyway this is bad

I've had disappointing experiences in several Pizza Hut outlets in Sri Lanka, especially in terms of food quality, but I'm yet to have a negative experience here. Great stuff!

The quality of chicken tikka masala pizza has been reduced recently before the topping used to be moist and cheesy now it's slightly tasteless and dry... considering the price increase it seems to be not worth it anymore... disappointed in pizza hut

Got a chicken Hawaiian pizza L, Sausage supreme L, cheese something ×2 R, Wings, Garlic Bread and beverages. The cheese pizza was a disspaointment. It was too bread-y and the cheese was almost non existent except for a miniscule layer of mozz. The servers were good and friendly. Since we got the table near the washroom it kinda killed the vibe but the overall atmosphere was good and homey. 7/10

We had a family dinner today and the staff service is amazing. Specially, the Manager Ms Thilini's service is exceptional. We tried their new addition Seenisambol chicken and cheese pizza, it really taste best. Highly recommended.
