Firstly,
we
have
to
say
thank
you
to
Joe
for
his
lovely
welcome
to
the
hotel,
and
for
sorting
out
dietary
needs
for
the
cream
tea.
Also
thank
you
Joe
and
Andrea
for
their
help
sorting
out
lunch
on
our
last
day.
All
the
staff
during
our
stay
were
courteous,
and
every
staff
member
we
met
during
our
stay
gave
us
an
acknowledgement
as
we
passed
each
other,
which
was
really
nice.
We
had
to
move
rooms,
which
was
very
quickly
resolved,
after
an
issue
with
the
plumbing
in
the
bath.
This
wasn't
realized
prior
to
our
visit,
although
there
was
small
amount
of
water
in
the
bath
when
we
arrived.
I
would
suggest
cleaning
staff
run
all
the
taps
prior
to
signing
off
the
room,
as
this
could
have
been
prevented.
Some
dust
behind
doors
and
on
windowsills
also
needs
to
be
addressed,
although
I
have
to
say
it
did
not
spoil
our
stay.
The
spa
staff
were
very
helpful,
the
pool
was
nice,
s
was
the
steam
room,
and
the
massages
were
the
icing
on
the
cake,
concentrating
on
all
areas
of
tension.
The
food
was
good,
and
there
was
a
good
variety
of
cold
and
cooked
breakfast,
with
the
cooked
breakfast
served
at
the
counter,
which
is
a
positive
in
terms
of
a
significant
number
of
customers
handling
serving
spoons.
It
may
be
worth
doing
the
same
for
all
food
open
to
air?
Thank

be
returning.
