Lovely boutique hotel in quaint Abbey Field area of Kenilworth. Our room was a little dated but very clean. However, the vibe of the hotel and especially the bar (full of great ales) was fabulous. Staff were wonderful and the breakfast was ace. Would definitely visit again.

I have been visiting the Old Bakery for many years. It has always been a pleasant experience. Quintessential English hostelry. Friendly staff and customers, a very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere, located in the attractive older part of the town. It’s a pleasure to sit outside on a bench with a pint on a fine summer evening. Our cycling group are always made welcome and enjoy the Wye Valley HPA! Always an interesting range of well kept real ales. The award winning Old Bakery is the best pub in Kenilworth, in my humble opinion!

The bar was really friendly, popular with a nice vibe. Friendly and efficient service, good recommendations for local restaurants. Overall, very good value for money.

What a little gem The Old Bakery is. On a leafy street in the older part of town, the bar with its original beams and rustic feel is welcoming and quite busy. Some rather nice craft beers and a wide variety of other drinks are available, and the staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed overnight in a comfortable, clean and pleasant room, our only comment would be that the shower cubicle was not very big. The full English breakfast was one of the best I’ve had for some time, thick cut bacon, spicy sausage, scrambled egg done to perfection, a very generous portion I couldn’t finish. Would we come back? Most definitely, it’s lovely here.
