👍👍 I lived in China for 7 years and I can tell you this food is legit. This is the best Chinese food I have had in USA. The owner is very friendly and the food is so tasty. If you have never had real Chinese food I would highly recommend trying this restaurant. If you like panda express or American Chi... People often mention Chinese, amazing, spicy, noodles, good, beef, noodle, soup, restaurant, delicious,

I lived in China for 7 years and I can tell you this food is legit. This is the best Chinese food I have had in USA. The owner is very friendly and the food is so tasty. If you have never had real Chinese food I would highly recommend trying this restaurant. If you like panda express or American Chinese food I would recommend trying Noodle Thyme so you can see what real Chinese food tastes like. The "steamed chicken in chili sauce" is the best chicken I have ever tasted. It is so tender and flavorful. I can't recommend it enough. I would also recommend the Mapo Tofu. This is the first Mapo tofu I have had in USA that actually tastes the same as the Mapo tofu in China.

If you’re in Tri-Cities this is a MUST! Service and food are always amazing. One of my favorite places to eat. You have to try the deep fried mini buns if you stop. You will not be disappointed

This place needs more ratings! My husband and I have been consistently eating here for past few weeks to try out different dishes and they never failed to impress. Our bar is quite high and we already found a few favorites. This is not a place where you just get orange chicken or sorts but some authentic Asian food with distinctive tastes! And the ever smiling lady at the counter (owner?) is always very sweet! Not sure why their ratings are not high- may be something changed but do give them a shot!

This is a new restaurant, a new menu, this is Sichuan cuisine, very authentic and delicious, there are so many delicious choices! In Three Towns, you can also eat Chinese delicacies that can only be eaten in Seattle, California!

We had the Bow buns , the wontons with spicy sauce and the Dan Dan noodles …. Every thing was really really good . The service was amazing . Please don’t let the past reviews sway your decision to eat here the food is amazing , our favorite dish was the wontons in spicy sauce they were amazing . You can order them mild if medium heat is to much . For the price this place is perfect 🤩.

I can’t believe I just discovered this place, it’s absolutely amazing and the owners always make me feel so welcomed (feel like I’m apart of their family lol). We have probably ordered a quarter of their menu and have yet to be disappointed. This is the only restaurant where I want to try the whole menu! And there are also many amazing vegan/ vegetarian dishes. Flavors are bold and authentic and it’s always well balanced. Can’t say enough positive things about this place. Check them out! You won’t be disappointed.

Food was AMAZING! And had a very authentic Chinese taste to it. This place is a hidden gem, I wasn’t expecting much at first, but oh boy I was wrong. Everything priced reasonably. I recommend stopping by, you won’t regret it!

Everything is absolutely delicious and freshly made, the service is very friendly, could be a little pricey with certain dishes but very well worth it, my family comes all the way from Yakima for the beef noodle soup and dumplings! Very family friendly as well.

So we just moved from Portland to Boardman which has nothing to offer. One Friday I decided to cross the river to see some civilization and goodie took me to this Chinese joint and I was a happy camper!! Karen is extremely friendly and helpful, I could literally order everything off the menu but being I was there by myself and didn’t want to lug around town with left over, I only ordered Braised Beef Noodle Soup, Garlic spicy wonton, and XiaoLongBao. They were all LEGIT let me tell you!! The spicy wonton really hit the spot, yes the $10.99 price tag might be a little more than what you would pay for an appetizer but honestly you get a lot for the buck. The beef noodle soup reminds me of my mom, if I have to nitpick it’s a tad bit on the salty side for me but again I rarely use salt when I cook so there you go. The XiaoLongBao, okay if you gonna judge it against DingTaiFong then it’s not close in terms of craftsmanship, but you know it’s homemade with good ingredient and very tasty. I honestly think this little joint will be worth my one hour drive on a regular basis

The service was so nice and the lady was overwhelmingly sweet and giggly I just loved it! We got their fried rice with two different types of chicken, with two appetizers and they were all good! The deep-fried bread balls were subpar but I also wasn't expecting it to taste sweet when I got them so that is on me!! All in all it was a good stop outside of my hometown to enjoy some hole in the wall chinese food place :)

This place is under new management, and the food is superb. Many vegetarian and vegan options, too. The wait time is a little longer than preferred, but I’m happy to endure the wait because the food is terrific. The owners are very friendly and welcoming, too. My newest favorite restaurant in the area! Give them a try — I’m confident you won’t be let down!

This is the taste of the spicy Chinese noodles! It is authentic! The real taste of Sichuan pepper and I miss the exact taste of this in China. The tea is the best taste that as a local Chinese I would make for my guests too. They have water fountain that refillable! Remember to tell them if you can not eat spicy but it is really tasty which you can not stop yourself. I love the cute waitress and she is always patient. I just love spicy braised beef and beef noodles and dandan noddlea.

Bring many people. You will want to have as much to try as possible and the portions for many of their tastiest dishes are meant for more than one person. Family style eating is definitely recommended. The place has very authentic Sichuan food that does not pull any punches on flavor. It is hands down perfect food for cold weather, and even in the heat it's something you'll end up craving. _____ Updates after several visits! It's still absolutely amazing food. The Fei Teng fish is everything I hoped for and more. The Beef noodle soup is an actual addiction which I consider every time I go into the Tri-cities. Their Wontons are very fresh and delicate as well. I haven't found anything on their menu I don't like. The hot and sour soup is also something I judge almost every Chinese food place on. They absolutely nailed it, perfect combo of sour and warm white pepper flavors and a good amount of wood ear mushroom. And yes, it is the sichuan style of the soup (which I greatly prefer over henan or american variations) I have included pictures of my visits! I must say that for every picture that I see the actual food has been even better than the photos can do justice for. ------- From 01/28/2023 Favorites were the Sliced Spicy Beef Tendon, which is mostly mala flavor (Not very spicy, but more like numbing sensation which warms you up) combined with beef shank which is sliced thin and served cold. Makes for a very sweet and overall addictive appetizer. The eggplant braised with pork belly was also done to perfection, with an explosion of flavors. Definitely a must try if you are a more concerned with heat. Finally, it's a local family restaurant. A good one with amazing people behind the counter and in the kitchen. The owner, staff, and really everyone there was kind and compassionate from the very first moment we walked through the door to the last. Even if the food was half as good the personality and charm of the people there would bring me back. _____ Other notes: They recently added the ability to order from tablets on the table, with well taken photos (also visible on their website) that accurately represent what kind of amazing food you'll be getting. It allows the group to go through and pick the things they want all together and really streamlines the whole process. Other Sichuan places I've gone to, we usually have to pick a person as a designated orderer just so you can get all the tasty things together, so having an interactive way to do it is awesome.

Excellent authentic Chinese food in unassuming setting. It is definitely much more than noodle. they have full menu of Cantonese and Sichuanese cuisine. Just had a great family meal for New Year's Eve celebration at this restaurant under new management. We were pleased with every dish we got to try. We typically don't eat very hot food, so we asked for very mild spice on the "steam chicken with chili sauce", that was a perfect appetizer. Even our kids who didn't normally eat anything spicy loved it. The moo shu chicken was the only thing we remembered to take a picture of, and it was delicious, flavorful, but not too strong nor salty. We had the peppered fish fillet and beef noodle, both made to be mildly spicy, so that worked well for us. It is the special kind of Sichuan spicy, different from any other kind. The appetizer "golden fried mini buns" was an absolute delight and a must as a "dessert", crunchy in the outside, soft and moist in the inside. All in all, it was a marvelous meal.

This restaurant has changed boss since 2020 but they didn’t change name, so its manual is actually not the same with previous noodle thyme. The lady is from Sichuan, you will have the best Chinese foods here! Best beef stew noodle I have ever tried in my life!

The BEST in the Tri. Usually ppl have to travel to idk maybe the Seattle area for a great family style Asian restaurant but luckily for the ppl in the area and in the lower or in Yakima county this gem is right here, it's a little over an hour drive for me personally, and it's worth it and will continue to go there as much as I can! It's one of those places where you can definitely not be afraid to try anything because you will enjoy it. Pics are: egg plant with tofu- delicious and I hate tofu. Chicken with string beans: So so good, they put alot of love into that dish. Beef noodle soup: If you come here please try this because you won't regret it. White rice & Egg flower soup with corn: 2,000 out of 10. Wontons in garlic chilie oil: it will take you out and treat you the way you wanna be treated. Karen's AMAZING too ❤️ Love, love, love this place.

Got the beef noodles and the broth was soo delicious with the noodles, the bqq pork dumplings were just moist and full of flavor. Customer service was very friendly and fast. This place needs the hype well worth it if you’re in the mood for a warm hearty meal.

BEST food I've had in ages! I seriously cannot recommend this place enough. The woman who owns the place is exceedingly kind and apparently she and her mother make all of the food themselves! It's so delicious and has such a depth of flavor. Our whole party couldn't stop talking it. Every dish we got was amazing. Be sure to do things family style so you get to try more dishes! It's so great to see a small business pop up that's making great food. Go support! You'll love it!

First time eating here since it was Samurai Sams. We were greeted as soon as we arrived and the hospitality was great. Karen was super friendly. The food tasted great and seemed fresh. We tried the Dan Dan noodles, it was a little different but we enjoyed trying a traditional Chinese dish. Thank you and we will be back.

The five spice beef was too hard and the portion was way little too and the Chinese bbq pork tasted so plain I also ordered the steam bbq buns they had no flavor at all

I walked in hungry, and ordered the house vegetables with tomato noodles...the owners, and staff were pleasant, but when I was served my meal I couldn't taste the soup/broth(no flavor of vegetables or even salt). The noodles weren't cooked through yet, and absorbed 2 cm of my soup due to a massive volume of them(a whole lotta noodles my bowl couldn't handle, lol) I asked for sriracha to maybe help...nope. So I took two bites, paid, got my stuff to leave, and the staff member kept cutting off my words when they asked what was wrong with it. I wasn't visibly upset, but calm~so if they didn't react like that it would've been fine. I went next door to the popular cookie place, and ordered myself a s'mores cookie to tie me over😋

Walked in to order take out, was at least 30 min. That being said, this wasn't a huge deal for me, but just so people are aware. Beef noodle was great as was the chow mein. Portion size was good and pretty good price. Overall pleased, will go back and try other items.
