    I used to love Black Rock and I missed them. If i could give a zero stars to wake up call I would definitely do it. First of all I gotten lemonade thats gone bad and they didn't seem to care. Secondly the drive through has gotten worse its super slow they take forever to get your order. Third its been a few times that I have paid cash and they tell me that they dont have change so I have to leave them whatever its left on my change. Fourt I have paid with my card and they have gotten their tip without asking. This is not the only establishment that has done this to me. From here on I'm definitely not a customer of them.

    Prices have gone up and now they charge for other things so it could actually go up much quicker than what they say they say it's only gone up $0.25 but when they you ask him to have a little bit of ice they charge you more I'm not sure how much it was more but they do charge you more and then if you get a blended. They also charge you more and if you ask her basically any kind of special request they tend to charge you more for all these special request even though it's usually something very simple for example I believe my wife asked for a larger cup and they charged her more for the large. She asked to have less ice even if they poured the same amount of liquid but they still charged or more something about you get more coffee out of it but she told him to serve the same amount even if if there was no coffee added more into it so it would be below the line but they still seem to charger we decided to not go here anymore very disappointed we did enjoy coming here quite a bit we will not be back anymore.

    Cozy coffee shop with tons of coffee and energy drink options. The gal serving me was quick and very nice. The shop has a drive-thru and indoor seating. Worth stopping by!

    EDIT: I had to update my rating after it changed to Wake Up Call. I try to support small businesses, as it's usually more personable and enjoyable. Not only did prices go up and options decreased, staff changed and the speed slowed down. I feel like they are new and don't know how to sell thier products and engage with customers. I wish them luck, but they have a lot of improvement to do. I'm a daily customer and love stopping by as part my routine. The managers are very personable. I'm assuming it's the two that are always there : ) 9 out of 10 times they remember my favorite drinks. I've gotten used to the new name and menu.

    Terrible service. Sunday, May 8th, went thru the drive thru, the girl at the window, had no time for me. All she did was talk to her coworkers about cats, and litter boxes and never addressed me, PERIOD. Gave her a $5.00 bill to pay for my coffee, the total was $4. She actually asked ( the only time she addressed me) if I wanted my change???? Unbelievable.

    Closed 45 minutes before their original posted closing time. The nice staff members locked the door before we could walk in to order and shut off the open sign as we started leaving. Edit: Would have taken the drive-thru, but we were pulling a large trailer, which staff could see (we were the only ones in the parking lot). No where on their website does it say that their lobbies close early. That would have been nice to know beforehand. Still, it does not encourage customers to utilize drive-thru if open sign was shut off..?

    If I could give not stars I would. The weakest cup of coffee I have ever had. I ordered a 24oz americano with cream and when I got to the window I received an iced coffee instead. After refusing the iced coffee the barista made a quick americano which I suspect only had one shot and hot water with a little milk. I would have went in and returned this cup but I had already traveled 10 mi before I could drink it, it was hot, not a bad thing. I gave it to my wife and she immediately asked if they put any coffee in it. I will not be a customer of Wake up Call, it was a horrible cup of coffee for $5.00 no less.

    This place is not what it shows in the pictures. Was disappointed thought this had more coffee shop vibe and it doesnโ€™t. The baristas and cash register gals werenโ€™t too friendly. I felt like I wasnโ€™t special enough to be here. Last time Iโ€™ll come here sadly

    Found this great wee coffee shop while driving around while down here to watch Tri City Americans hockey, good coffee, BUT only 1 main concern, the little girl who was serving was all by herself doing the drive thru and inside orders, the owner of this place should make sure she gets well paid as she was helpful and very pleasant even under all the pressure she was in keeping everyone happy BUT also the owner should've made sure she had assistance in there, too much just for 1 person

    Super nice coffee shop with great seating and ambiance. The coffee is great too, we ordered an iced vanilla latte and a dry cappuccino! Great stop for road trippers!

    Good little coffee shop that's in a great location and plenty of parking. If you have large trailers or RVs, this would be a great place to stop. Plenty of parking with inside seating as well.

    Today isnโ€™t their day. Must have been a hundred flies in lounge area. Ordered bagel and cream cheese, latte. Bagel warm not toasted. I think itโ€™s just an off day. People seem to really like it. Vibe is cool. Latte as good as any.

    There was only two cars ahead of me in the drive through, but it took a lot of time to get my coffee today. They did apologized for the wait. I do like their weekly deals. The Horchata is delicious.

    Too loud inside, menu is constantly changing on the screen. Just a punk young person coffee stand. Bring back roasters, a mellow more personable stand. This place is just posing as a Dutch Brothers. Drive by, might as well go to Starbucks. At least it isnโ€™t loud inside and has better seating. Real disappointed, I used to frequent this stand when it first opened years ago when I lived in Kennewick.

    I love your coffee, I would even say it's better than Starbucks but went to this location today, just now, whoever was at the window seemed very courteous to the driver in front of me but when I got up to the window she didn't even acknowledge me and make nice conversation like I would generally get. She did not listen to what I was saying and both drinks were made with regular milk as I asked for one with soy as I have a dairy allergy. She was conversing with her other employees and did not listen to what I was saying at all. Every other location I've been to have always been attentive.
