Omg... went to sally's in Kennewick with my sister; Karen and Shauna were the associates.. the one with lighter hair asked us both if she needed help.. which was fine... my sister says no thank u...and we proceeds to look at item we we were there for. the associate just stands in aisle and watches my sister... then asks me again if I need help... which I replied no... then other associate with dark hair asks us again...That is when we'd had enough... literally were there 2 min... like seriously... So rude!!

Associate named Mayra has amazing customer service skills! She was patient with me with my indecisiveness, very informative about the products that were needed or not needed for the process of my hair. Last night I picked up 3 boxes of hair dye & a developer. I only used one box of hair dye. Came back today to return the other two & luckily she was there. She made my visit so fun! Thank you, Mayra & Sally’s! The other two ladies that were there today, were also very bubbly & very nice. 😀

Nichole was a great help! She made it nice and easy and helped with all the product. Such great customer service!

Visit on 5/13/23 about an hour before closing and the two ladies were very helpful! I don't remember their names and I'm apologetic for that because they deserve to be remembered and recognized. Thank you both for the help, information and instructions (DIY nail fills).

This store has really come a long way in the last 8 months, with an all new and knowledgeable staff! We are diligently trying to refill all our shelves and get our stock supply back up since covid. The last few weeks have really brought a lot of products back in that we have not seen in quite a while! The girls are always stocking cleaning and filling the shelves in between helping all our awesome customers! We really enjoy pleasing all of you and seeing you all leave, happy with a smile on your face! Come in any time and ask for myself, Nichole, Jene, Karen, Allison, Angel or Shawna! We are here to help you with all your sally needs!! 😊

Awful customerservice! Won't go back. They have sale prices up with huge tags but don't honor that price because an associate forgot to take them down even sale ended... very rude associates

Employees were nice. Store was small but clean. Nothing had a price on it. Am I supposed to run and find an employee for everything I was interested in? Can't compare prices for anything. Needed a few things but only got one, that still didn't have a price on it. This is why I will buy online instead.

Ladies very helpful. And Karen knows a lot about products and hair. Had good experience.

This store is very short staffed and employees work tirelessly. I changed my review from previous because of a situation that happened over the weekend. Customers shouldn't speak to employees like they are beneath them.

If you go to a Sally's go to the other two tried to have my loyalty card scanned and she just keep saying I need a phone number and I keep saying it's wrong I need you to scab the card which the other Sally's never have a problem with cause some how they messed up my account and there is three of my account so I just have them scan never have I ever had that much trouble at a Sally's I'll just go to the other two from now on

Came in on Tuesday to buy about $100 in hair products. Wished to purchase the purple NYC shampoo and conditioner. Was helped fantastically. She grabbed the purple bottles while Explaining. I make it home and learn that I have two purple conditioners. I needed one of each. Went back to the store on canal Thursday, very nice lady helped me. They had no more purple shampoo, however. Called Richland and finally Pasco who had one and would hold it for me. Now I’m heading from Richland(where I live), after I went to Kennewick from where I purchased, now I am heading to Pasco. While this isn’t the fault of any one particular person, I’m disappointed in the time and effort I need to put into getting purple shampoo after I thought I’d all ready gotten my purchases done on Tuesday. Please ensure we are looking and reading bottles to avoid putting more into the plate of a single mother. It would be appreciated. I don’t really have time for this.

I have it from a credible source that the manager of this store contracted COVID-19 and spread it to some of the employees. From this source, she was in the store without PPE being properly used. If you have purchased anything from this store in the last 2 weeks, please watch out for yourself. This woman’s gross negligence got people seriously ill and she is not sympathetic for exposing her employees to a potentially fatal disease.
