    The apartments themselves are decent but ever since Avenue 5 took over they seem to focus more on getting new residents in than doing maintenance for current residents. I've had a service request to fix a broken dishwasher since a month ago. Broken stairs to get to the second floor for two months. I've called multiple times and they always say they'll get back to me which of course they don't. Previous management would take 48 hours tops. At first when Avenue 5 took over they said with the transition they needed time to catch up. It's been several months how long do you need to keep up with your agreement? If you're looking to potentially live here, keep looking.

    Been living here 4+ years. New rental company has taken over and service has been terrible since. Steer clear if you can afford better.

    I lived here for two and a half years. The old management team was great but sadly the complex was bought out by avenue 5. The new company is terrible trash builds up for days before anything is done about it and service requests so unanswered. I moved out and have been in contact with them since they were charging $1600 when I moved out and keeping my $800 deposit when the only damage was a few broken blinds.( I have videos and pictures of the whole unit) They also charged me for carpet cleaning when my unit didn’t have carpet. When I contacted them about the charges they said they would fix it but they have yet to do so and it’s been almost 3 months since I moved out. I have kept contact every week and they just say they are “working on” getting my correct bill.

    Absolutely AWFUL experience since Avenue 5 has taken over management of this complex. They are purposely trying to negatively impact people’s rental history and DO NOT communicate AT ALL with residents about anything other than rent or fees due - and most of the time the “balance due” is incorrect. Angela and Jasmine are TERRIBLE communicators, with ZERO customer service skills they all leave the office at once leaving it unattended during business hours. Our experience has been awful since this company took over! We encourage you to view Avenue5’s website and read their reviews before renting from ANY of their properties. If we knew what we know now we would have paid the nominal fee to break our lease rather than deal with this company. Also view their complaints on BBB. I don’t know how they’re still in business.

    DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! The office does not tell you til you're moved in that after a month a living here you will have to pay another 300 for property lights water and garbage. Might as well buy/ rent a house fur what you pay. Siding that has fallen off of buildings lying on the ground 8 months later. No one picks up after their animals. And the icing on the cake, rude office staff. Disrespectful and forgetful. Emily is lazy and rude. Ask for documents or info and she is to lazy to look. Tells you call back Monday. For as much as I pay to live here I'm not impressed, in fact very disappointed.

    The people in the office seem nail and friendly, but they don't really do a good job. My friend's dryer was broken for 8 months. Our whole place fell apart shortly after moving in. Water damage galore!! My son was bullied buy a bunch of kids, they same kids that shot at my friend's son and nothing was done about it! Not a cool place to live, or maybe my standards too high...but I found a place for the same price that is way better!

    It was terrible. From them constantly losing our paperwork to the unprofessional attitude from the staff, I'm just done. The cherry on top is they lost our notice to vacate twice. When we moved in, we had gone through a nightmare of signing and resigning everything because they lost our paperwork, SSN or pet Vaccination records. The rent changed several times and if I wasn't desperate I wouldn't have gone with them. So we got our keys and we started moving in. Then some guys showed up, started tarping the front area and started painting the deck. In November. With no heads up. So the paint was just freezing and never drying. It was like that for two months. High winds flapping the tarps and I can't even sleep while I'm moving in. The dishwasher molds. I have tried everything. No dishwasher cleaner is mighty enough to cleanse whatever haunts that poor dishwasher. The washer and dryer hardly work, despite their maintainence staff giving it the thumbs up. Our downstairs neighbor was injured because the apartment complex doesn't salt the sidewalks. The stairs to our apartment are crumbling faster than they can replace them. The complex is currently fighting the post office about packages, so I hope you have a safe place for those to get shipped to because we had stuff go right back to the sender. Run screaming. This place is hell. And they will lose your notice to vacate. Twice.

    We recently moved to Kennewick from Yakima. Emily and Trista at Crosspointe Apartments took such great care of us throughout our stressful moving process. They went above and beyond to make this place feel like home and to help us settle in. They answered any questions we had prior to move in, and were exceedingly welcoming. We’ve now lived here for a month, and our experience/transition has been nothing but enjoyable and easy with their help!

    I currently live here. We moved in a couple months ago and we were so excited because the apartments are really nice, affordable, and the location is perfect! However, our experience here has been nothing but unwelcoming by the office staff. The lady who gave us the keys the day we moved in was so sweet, but had a complete 180 with her attitude towards us the next day. We have had nothing but issues with her since. With the way we have been treated from the office, I'd move out tomorrow if I could. No matter how nice the place is, it doesn't make up for the disrespect and lack of care we have endured here.

    From all the staff , to the quality of the apartment, and the area that it is in I can't complain at all. For the fact that I came here looking for something asap and them actually having more than one apartment avaliable to move in same day was incredible. Everyone in the office made this whole thing stress free. My kids are happy so I'm happy.

    We have lived here for almost 6 months now and when we first moved in our ac didn't work the maintenance guy came out and fixed it immediately. Than our microwave went out, our wash machine went out and the pipe in our bathroom cracked and flooded our bathroom all in the same week. The management team and maintenance guys were amazing. They fixed everything quickly were kind and understanding through the process. The lady's in the office are so sweet. They have kept me up to date on everything. They are so helpful and have worked with us through it all. The maintenence guys are quick and get the job done. Thank you crosspointe apartments!!

    Living here has been a blessing. The community here is very caring. My neighbors are kind and gentle souls. Angela helped me and my girlfriend get an apartment when we were nearly homeless. They were able to work with our renters history and credit issues. Since moving in our lives have changed for the better. I will always be grateful to the office workers and maintenance guys.

    DO NOT ENTER INTO A LEASE WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! I have tried to hold off on submitting a review of Avenue 5 that has recently taken over ownership and management of our complex Crosspointe in Kennewick,WA however I can no longer stay silent! This is the ABSOLUTE WORST management company we have encountered. Since previously owned and managed by Security Properties ( which was great) this complex has gone down hill in a MAJOR way!! The office team is absolutely inept and has been here for 3 months without ANY communication or introduction to the community; no community guidelines or proper communication as to what to expect in coming days or months regarding construction, office hour changes, ect. More over, people in the complex still don’t have access to the tenant portal and their best answer is “let me submit a ticket to IT” - without ANY FOLLOW UP. I could go on however, the pictures I’ve attached are of the garbage in the complex(it was like this before the snow hit) and it continues to get worse!! We have been here for 3 years; avenue 5 has been here for 3+ months and we will be leaving at the end of this lease. PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY

    Simply put they are just the best . This place has gotten so much better since Avenue5 took over . The girls in the office are so sweet and helpful ! I will definitely be renewing my lease for another great year

    One of my family member lives here and we noticed the grounds were well taken care as well as the maintenance order were taken care of quick ! The leasing process was quick and approval was quicker .

    From start to end the girls at the office were great. Angela was very friendly and nice, Anabel answered my concerns in a timely manner and is very professional. Jasmine the property manager is also amazing! Thank you ladies for making this process easy. I enjoyed my time at crosspointe 🫶🏼

    If i could give this complex a zero I would. Managment is absolutely horrendous. Rude and unprofessional. Rent fluctuates every month and when you come in with your check there seems to be another charge they did not include on your bill so they send you away to get a new check. Ive lived here over 6 months and have had issues every month with rent and they always have an excuse. I reccomend renting with anyone but Avenue5

    Management is very unprofessional, they will tell you what you want to hear and then forget ever talking to you. Avoid this place if you can. I'm already looking into my legal options of vacating early because they don't fix anything, just try to convince you they have.

    My experience here has been exceptional. I love my place! And the assistant manager is a sweetheart, I don’t know how she does it every time I need something she is supper busy handling more than 4 or 5 things at the time and still handle my needs! And still be nice 😊 and put a smile on my face. I just want to say thank you to this young lady! You’re the best!

    I’ve been living at Crosspointe Apartments since the middle of February of this year. When my partner and I were trying to get a two bedroom two bath, we were anxious due to some financial woes from previous years following the pandemic. Angela helped us through every single step of the leasing contract giving us peace of mind along the way, Jasmine and Angela even stayed an hour late to make sure we got the keys the same day we were approved! We now live in a beautiful downstairs two bed, two bath apartment. We were able to get the complex we wanted most surrounded by kind neighbors. The maintenance staff is always friendly, Ricardo from the maintenance is always busy doing something, but always has time for a friendly wave. Overall my move in experience has been great, and we love where we live. :)

    Just moved in a month ago, been awesome so far! Had a couple things with the apartment that needed to be fixed and they were there 20 minutes later and fixed them! Angela has been awesome! Bugged here a lot during the move in process and she answered every question in a timely fashion!

    I have worked with Emily exclusively on my entire process and she has been spot on with everything. She has been instrumental in my moving in and getting me all the info for a smooth transition. Thus far I have had zero issues and look forward to living here and interacting with this staff.

    I used to live there was the worse place I ever lived would never never go back… Office Management are the worst never took care of anything, very lazy and very Rude they need to fire all workers in that office and start all over if they want to keep Residents there…Would never ever go back….

    Took a tour of several one bedroom apartments with Katelyn, and was blown away! Modern and beautiful living spaces with rent within my budget I was honestly not expecting such a perfect fit. The staff were also incredibly hospitable and friendly, both Katelyn and Trista took extra steps to make me feel welcomed and interested. Will be coming back for sure to potentially move in!
